Took a little time to find what I was looking for, but once I ordered our drainage diagram, it was processed and arrived within the hour. An easier search function and it would have been 5 stars.
Fantastic, fast service, much better than trying to navigate the govt website, which was difficult and time wasting, glad to find Info Track to do the same thing. Thank you Info Track!!!!
Very easy to use and find information that you need and highly recommend. Its super fast and delivers the information you need on the property to your email. Only downside is the abit pricey.

The report did not contain the name of the entity I was searching
When i downloaded the report, it did not contain the name of the company that I had searched so the report wasn't very good. I note that I did not sign in and wondered if that would make a difference. The report I was running was a property ownership report on a company. I like the idea of the product but in this instance, it wasn't a good experience.

Reverse search for title in QLD by name
Asked for a reverse search for title search by name in QLD
Response came up as 0
This is untrue & incorrect
I knew about 2 properties & double checked this with another firm which confirmed my information
Total waste of money
Update : This firm has responded that they did supply me with a reply ,which claimed the person enquired about had NO tititles in their name This is factually untrue as the Q LL D Land Title Office has 2 current titles verified, which this firm failed to find
I was essentially checking if there were any others

Looking into your order details, we can see the order search results as listed. Upon reattempting the order search with QLD Titles the search results came back the same stating "No Title records found matching selection." for the name that was entered for the order.

I told the chat i needed a copy of a…
I told the chat i needed a copy of a transfer of land. It said i needed to order a copy of title first. I said i already had a copy of title and the transfer number that I could provide and I just wanted the transfer but it said I had to order another copy of title to get the copy of transfer because it had to look it up from the order number. So I ordered another copy of title for $53 and gave it the order number and it said I couldn’t order a copy of transfer because I had to be logged in on an account for it to get the details. It never said that at the start. Then I contact support who tells me i have to be a professional with an ABN to get a copy of the transfer and nothing they can do. What a joke. Stole my money and it’s public information. No refund offered. Do not recommend.

My apologies, when you emailed through to support@infotrackgo.com.au regarding your NSW Title search order search results and the process of attempting to obtain a 'dealing search' you had not mentioned that the 'AI ordering assistant' instructed you to process the title search in order to obtain a 'Transfer Dealing' listed on the title details search results.
As InfoTrackGO is not able to process dealing searches for 'Transfer Dealings' I have processed a refund for your order and emailed you regarding this update a few days ago.
I have also updated our development team regarding the instruction that the AI ordering assistant provided to you to prevent this issue occuring in the future.
Again I wish to apologise regarding our previous correspondence regarding your order as I did not understand the circumstances of your order process.

Don’t use this service
Don’t use this service. Paid for a sewer diagram after Sydney water could not provide it. Info track emailed saying unable to provide diagram and won’t refund me. Poor service and customer service. Very disappointed

SydneyWater charge a seperate fee for each Sewer Service Diagram search processed on their records.
As such we are unable to process a refund for the search processed through our services.

I was directed by a staff member over…
I was directed by a staff member over the phone to use the website after explaining what I required
I attended a search but unknowingly the search was only for current owners, I was wanting information on a historic property which I had told the staff member
Therefore I wasted $64 on something that was never going to give me an answer

Hi there,
Each search incurs a seperate fee from the relevent authority for the cost of processing the search with their records, this does not change if the search result is negative, as the fee is charged when processing the search. The authority (in this case Tasmanian Land Titles Office) charges this fee each time a search is placed for the cost of them processing the search in their records.

Hi Bill,
Processing a Property Search By Owner Name searches the relevent states title registry records for a name listed on a title for a matching name that is entered for the order, if no matching records are found listed with the specific state title authority, then a "No Results Found" search result will be provided.

Hi there,
Sydney Water charge a seperate fee for each Sewer Service Diagram search processed on their records.
If Sydney Water does not have a diagram lodged against the property, this may indicate that a diagram was never drawn, an inspection did not occur or that the relevant fees and charges were not paid to submit the diagram to NSW Fair Trading to hold on record for Sydney Water.
