Totally unacceptable quality. One would expect the highest quality when you purchase american made furniture. Not here! Furniture is poorly put together and the use of poor hardware doesn't help. I also ordered twice custom made bedroom pieces and both times it arrived damaged. Then I had to do the leg work to get it repaired and negotiate with Innomax for reimbursement. Total nightmare!

What a pain!! Still haven't gotten the new bed set up--had to slit the old one to get enough water out of it to remove it to the trash!! Carpet is almost done drying! Not the most fun I have ever had! Good thing I have a drain kit or else I would have been in deep trouble!! Sharon

We love our new Air bed. The service was excellent as well.

Bought a new mattress at Innomax to replace our old Sleep Number. Better price than Sleep Number. Very satisfied with the comfort. We tried quite a few sleep systems at Innomax but settled on an adjustable air mattress similar to what we had before.

Our customer service experience was fine. The bed we liked in the store was alot harder when we bought it and brought it home. They didn't warn us about the long breaking in period. I am petite and after 3 months am still not happy with the firmness of the bed so we bought a foam pad to put on top which kind of defeats the purpose of buying a new mattress in the first place. So that's irritating but they don't accept returns and just told us we had to break it in. It also smelled alot when we opened it and had the kids jump on it to "break it in". They said it didn't smell. It does!

We were convinced to buy the bed, but instead of waking up refreshed, we wake up with back aches and sore hips. The bed is hard regardless of the air settings. Our salesman assured us that aches and pains would go away with the use of this bed. But I toss and turn because of aches and pains in this bed. We were told there is no return policy for customer dissatisfaction (you buy it, its yours).

I'd have given them five stars except they have never forwarded a replacement cap for one that was damaged. I replaced it myself. The sales experience was otherwise decent and met my expectations.

Very good service, fast and efficient.

We started off looking at foam mattresses and ended up at the leading air mattress company. We found a mattress we liked but felt is was over priced so started doing some shopping. We found Innomax online who offered a comparable product in their CC5500 mattress. The price was more reasonable and included shipping so we took a chance.

The product arrived well packaged and assembly instructions were good. I was impressed with the construction quality and the cosmetics of the mattress cover were every bit as good as the big guy's. We definitely made the right purchase decision.

My only negative concerns the remotes. We purchased adjustable frames for a split king setup and ended up with 4 remotes. The big guys offered a single remote that controlled everything - less stuff to get lost in the bedding!

The salesmen was incredibly pushy. The delivery process is a nightmare that is completely unorganized. By 4:30pm the night before we still didn't know if we were on the delivery schedule. At this point the salesmen has made their commission and could care less about the delivery of the bed. The bed itself is wonderful!!! Is it worth the price and the hassle of dealing with this company??? That debatable...

I've bought several air bed components from Innomax. They are the 3rd company I've dealt with since buying a (now orphaned) un-named Chinese brand bed 14 yrs ago. I find them friendly & easy to deal with, and the next time I need a part for this bed they'll be the first folks I call. If I had to start from scratch with a whole new bed, I would shop around, but Innomax would be a serious contender.
I've also found that airbeds (by nature) have higher maintenance compared to conventional mattresses. That's part of the trade off that THIS consumer makes. I like the way I can replace one part at a time instead of a whole mattress, and best of all, I control how firm the mattress is.

InnoMax was great - beginning to end. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. The price was fantastic. The delivery was on-time, courteous, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend InnoMax.

Had a good introduction to Innomax beds at Loveland, CO store. Bought a bed...looking forward to many restful nights.

The purchasing experience was great no pressure to add on unnecessary stuff. The bed is a good value.

After checking with other companies during our search for an air mattress with an adjustable base we came across InnoMax online. Our only problem was that we were hesitant to spend the money on a product sight unseen. We called customer service and connected with Dave who was very thorough with all our questions. The closest outlet to our location is 8 hours away and when I mentioned that we thought about taking a road trip, Dave told us he would connect with district manager Tommy to make sure that he was there to help us.

Although the day we planned to be in Colorado was his normal day off, Tommy was waiting for us when we arrived at the outlet. He spent over an hour showing us all the features of the bed we were interested in buying as well as other models. We ordered the bed to be delivered at a later date so that we could have a new bedroom set in place.

We received a call from the delivery company a few days before the anticipated delivery date and they were happy to hold it until the other furniture arrived. When it came, the gentlemen put the frame and bed together for us in a neat and timely fashion.

Once we had everything together, we began to notice that it seemed that the pump was erratic on the pressure. My husband thought it might be just a simple rubber ring and so we called Dave, who offered to replace the whole pump. When we suggested just sending replacement rings, he happily obliged. It turned out that it did't solve the problem so Dave had a new pump sent to replace it. Everything is now working great and we are enjoying a great night's sleep.

They knew right away what my problem was, and quickly sent out the part and instructions. Thanks!!

excellent product (comparable to Select Comfort) excellent price (about a third)

I needed a replacement pump for an off brand "sleep number" bed. Ralph was very helpful in making sure I got what I needed. He was not only helpful but very pleasant. Very happy with the company.

After over a year of dealing with severe lower back pain, I can honestly say that purchasing an Innomax mattress was the best decision I've made for my health! Tommy was helpful, patient, and steered me in the right direction to ensure I purchased the best mattress for my back. The customer service was excellent, the product-top of the line, and I am beyond happy with my purchase! I would absolutely recommend Innomax for anyone looking to invest in their health and comfortable sleep!

I can't really comment on everything just yet as I have not heard back from the person who helped me. I requested (through an e-mail ) an answer to a very specific question. He was given all the information he needed to make this decision on June 27, 16. Nothing. Now, my husband just walked in and said he called him and spoke with him, again it is all conversation only. I would like a written contract, page, anything to cover exactly what was said so I will feel more at ease.
As far as the time that was taken to help me and to explain things; you could not have asked for a better, more experienced person. One who was very considerate of what I wanted, listened to me, explained things I did not understand, spent a lot of time with me. So, I would say it was one of the better purchases as far as customer service goes over the phone and internet. He sounded like he loved his job, really loved it. Enjoyed people and talking to them, also, liked to share the knowledge he has on the products. Since I had spent close to a year in research, and am in the scientific field, I appreciated what he told me, and knew it to be true. Yes, even without hearing back yet, I would tell my friends or anyone else about them, and they can be depended on, trusted for the information they give out on products. Yes. Don't know if you are allowed to suggest the persons name or not on here, but it is Micky.... I'll leave last name off, since I don't have his permission to use it. He's great, I'd talk with him on anything you may be wanting, and I know you will appreciate him as much as we did!!
