We ordered a Cal King split adjustable bed. We are very happy with the bed and the sales process. When we completed our sale, we were told that it would ship in approx. 14 days. After 14 days, we called in and were told to wait 10-14 more days and it would ship. Long story short, it took 6 weeks to be delivered. It was very frustrating but it was worth the wait....

Excellent buying experience! No pressure, answered all of our questions, and completely respected the fact that we had just started the search for a new bed. Gave information that we had no way of knowing we needed to help in our comparison shopping, and ultimately won our business based on these merits.
The bed is amazing! We feel like all of the clichés are true, and wish we had found Innomax 5 years ago before we made a huge mattress mistake in purchasing an innerspring piece of junk.

We got rid of our tubular water bed when we moved. This was the only bed that had worked for me with my bad back. I thought there had to be something better by now. I tried three different beds. Last one was a Casper. None worked. I would wake up several times in the night in pain. In the morning it would take several minutes before I could straighten up.
We went back to just a regular water bed, not tubular, and it is working for me. It has been worth the effort and cost to go back. I can sleep all night and am fine in the morning.

The issue below was made right. As soon as this posted and the right person saw this they got right back to me. They fixed the issue right away and then gave me a pair of sheets for the trouble. I will be back and am extremely satisfied.

Ordered some soft sided bed rails 6 1/2 weeks ago and still no rails. I have called and they can't tell me anything either. Let's just see if they are on the next truck. I've heard this a few times also. It's a shame, love this business and been going for over 20 years but may have to reconsider. So disappointed.

I was all over the internet looking for a deal on a waterbed after my 19-year old mattress started leaking. I last purchased a mattress in 1997 and did not realize how high-tech the waterbed industry had become. InnoMax answered all of my questions and even has videos to show you how to set up and even drain your waterbed. Their prices were the best of all the companies I checked and their friendly staff answered ALL of my questions. I highly recommend InnnoMax for any of your waterbed needs.

I've had one of their mattresses for about six years. When a connector broke replaced under warranty. When I needed to replace pump after six years it was partially covered under warranty, shipped quickly with correct fittings and worked fine. Overall the best mattress I have ever owned.

For old bones this will absolutely make you sleep better.

Could not be more pleased with the sales person and his experience. The product is good. Still trying to get use to the different style bed.

Aside from not making the warranty terms known at purchase through a store, the company pulled a bait and switch. Our bed broke down after 3 months and company has taken weeks and weeks and will not honor warranty unless we ship to and then pay for ship back - what are we supposed to sleep on in the interim? Air?

Stay far away if you want a good nights sleep. My husband has cancer and they refuse to work with us with any civility and make us wait weeks between answering emails or phone calls. The bed has also caused me horrific back pain.

I was on a regular spring mattress all my life and I never thought anything of it...until I started to have lower back issues periodically. My mattress was 8 years old so I figured it was time for a new one. A friend recommended Innomax, so I did some research online. I was impressed with the quality construction and that they are a Colorado company. I like to support local companies when I can. I knew I wanted to try a memory foam mattress and liked that they did not use any of the harsh chemicals typically found in foam mattresses.

When I went into the store I was equally impressed. All the staff were very friendly and answered all my questions. They even turned down the lights over the mattresses I was trying so it was more relaxing.

We had our mattress delivered and the delivery guys were super nice as well. They were on time and set everything up as promised.

My first night on the Innopedic mattress was one of my best nights of sleep I have had in a long time. I like a little softer mattress than my husband but we both liked this mattress. It was explained that the "shock absorbers" in the construction help to make the mattress more comfortable with different weight bodies so it's like having 2 different firmnesses in 1 mattress.

We do noticed the mattress is slightly warmer than our old spring mattress. But an easy remedy was to removed 1 of our blankets. We also bought a mattress pad that had a build in "cooling technology".

I toss and turn a lot during the night, but have noticed I do so less with this mattress. When I do change from my side to my back (or vice versa), I don't notice any type of "lag time" where my body impression is rising back up. This was something I had noticed with other brand memory foam mattresses.

Overall, I am very happy with my Innopedic mattress and the service all around. I will definitely be back when the time comes for a new mattress.

Love the mattress!! Loved working with their representatives!! Have had inner spring mattresses and a water bed. I think the air mattress is the right one!!

Your company was our last resort and proved to have been the best choice. Your salesman was beyond helpful, took lots of time with us and gave us the service and product over and above what we expected even when there was a serious error...he just jumped right in there and satisfied all of our needs.
I would recommend your company and the young man who assisted us highly. Have faith; they try harder.

My wife and I purchased a bed at a home show in Tampa several years ago. I needed same replacment parts. I had no idea were to go. I came across Innomax and gave them a call. The salesman was very knowledgable and took care me. Several years later I wanted to upgrade a few items on the bed, again I gave these guys a call no problem. They had what I needed. The salesman also suggested a new pad with a new type of foam. I got to tell ya, prices are good, service outstanding, merchandise is top quality. Innomax, Thank You, Rich

The salesmen were willing to let us look around and try different mattresses without standing at our elbows. However, they were always ready to answer questions and offer helpful comments. When we were ready to get down to the numbers, they bent over backwards to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My only complaint is that customization takes such a long time. But we know we will be happy with the result.

I called because one of the remotes on my mattress quit working early one
morning. I was able to get a replacement in less than a week. Fortunately we have dual mattresses so I was able to use the other one to fill my side, which had totally emptied due to the other one deciding to empty it on its way down. I felt like I was stuck in a ditch, trying to get out. My new one works great. Thank you Innomax!

We loved the customer care while purchasing our new mattress set. Innomax has so many options in beds to meet everyone's needs. Delivery was prompt and quick. The bed feels wonderful!

Micky at the Denver store was great! We went in and were clear that we were just shopping and we weren't committing to anything that day! We explained to him a budget that we were shopping in, he showed us exactly what we were looking for! He was super helpful when we decided to make our purchase! We will definitely be going back as we upgrade children's beds!
