I purchased a Medalion Air Chambered mattress after trying others that just didn't work for me. The reason I purchased the others first was that they had a return policy which Innonax did not offer. As it turned out, the others needed a return policy and Innomax did not. By far, the Medallion is the best Air Chambered Mattress that I tried.

They were extremely knowledgeable and efficient in sending me the replacement parts necessary to fix the air bed.

We walked in and asked for a "lesson". Scott spent about an hour with us demonstrating all of the different types of beds. We tested them all (several times) and were finally able to come to a mutual agreement. My husband likes a firm bed and I need something that could adjust to my intermittent "aches". I am very happy with our new bed, and appreciate the time and information that Scott was able to provide.

Scott patiently assisted me multiple times via phone and email ~ I had a LOT of technical questions regarding a softside waterbed replacement bladder. He was extremely professional and accommodating. We just recently received the bladder, will now get to experience it.

Thank you for the great service in helping me identify the parts that I would need to accomplish the repair on the phone when I called. And then with the instructions provided with the parts. Well Done!

We bought an innovative kingsize bed used. I went to see what kind of a box spring we needed. Susan waited on us, she had a set of display box springs and the legs, showed us how it worked, they were super to work with, we fixed the bed at home, it worked beautifully, we found that the air pump had a leak. I took it to the show room and they put new rubber rings in, it is now perfect. I am so happy with the bed. Susan and the staff are tremendous. When and if I have a problem, I know they will be there.

I was very interested in an air mattress and did a lot of research to figure out which bed was best for me and my budget. I came across the InnoMax website and found that the beds seemed to be very well made and the prices beat the store in the mall. The beds have features that the mall store doesn't have and features that I found to be important to what I need. Customer service was outstanding and answered all my questions, I was even able to order over the phone with the help of Tyler. He was awesome and got me the best price for the bed and the delivery set up. I haven't received the bed yet but I can't wait to get it and try it out. I'm sure it's everything I am anticipating and more.

We actually flew from Dallas to Denver to check out the Innomax mattresses. A friend of ours bought one from Sam's Club and highly recommended it. We bought one and had it shipped to our home in the Dallas area. I forgot what a good nights sleep was like for years. We are 100% satisfied with our Innomax mattress and to top it off, the customer service at the Denver showroom was excellent. Well done Innomax! Well done indeed.

We bought the Medallion Dual Airbed after much research online. It was very well constructed compared to other Airbeds we looked at. Set up was straightforward and took about 10 minutes not counting the fill time for the air chambers. We also got an excellent price as it was on sale when we bought it. I also felt better buying directly from InnoMax and they had the cheapest price we could find. The mattress does have an odd smell that lasts for a few days, but then goes away. Customer service was excellent when I contacted them via Chat to find out the price and shipping information. I keep my side at 50 and my back is no longer a problem sleeping on this mattress.

They have been more than helpful in helping me with my waterbed. They even loaned me at no charge a pump to drain the water. Twice no less. A great company to do business with.

We decided to go to InnoMax for a bed because of my parents. They had purchased a bed there around 15 years ago, and it was still amazing. When we looked they were very helpful and didn't try to push us towards something we weren't already looking at.
We purchased the delivery and set up. But then required some work in our bedroom and could not have the bed set up. They gave us a voucher for free product since we paid for both services, but did not require one and could not get a refund. Who doesn't need sheets?
They really went above and beyond and focused on us, not just a number or a sale. It was very refreshing - not to mention the bed is FANTASTIC! So pleased we went this direction.

Our experience in the show room was great.
The bed testing was thorough and not rushed. We love our bed. We had an issue we were very unhappy with and the Manager Tommy went out of his way and above and beyond what I was hoping for in a resolution. We're very satisfied.

I have been with Innomax for over 14 years now. My Medallion sleep system is by far the best bed I have ever owned, hands down. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and I can't say enough about them. I recently purchased a beautiful wall storage headboard component for my sleep system and wish I had added this feature years ago.

I bought my mattress here 12 years ago and came back to upgrade. Sandy is an excellent employee and assisted us with every need. We'll be back when it's time to upgrade again. Thank you!

Love it. Was looking for an air mattress and had the mem cell delivered instead. My wife and I are very pleased with it. Delivery team was great.

Too early to really review them. Don't know yet when our bed will be shipped or when it will be received. I will have to edit this review once we actually get to sleep in the bed, but for now, am looking forward to it.
