I have NEVER had a bad experience with INNOMAX. I've ordered many items over the years--they are always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable!! I have no desire to ever go anywhere else. I do wish I could afford one of those absolutely beautiful oak bedroom sets!!! 🤔😄

We had a waterbed mattress that got a leak we could not find. The company that made the mattress went out of business. Sandy at Innomax helped us get a fantastic replacement at a good price and our bed is back to wonderful. Our bed is a king size, soft side with twin mattresses inside so there is little to no movement when we move on either side of the bed. It is perfect and the help we got from Sandy and others was great. I had called other mattress places and they all referred me to innomax. Glad we did business with them.

Excellent experience, great mattress, good quality sleep once again. My only complaint is about there sheet sets - King Sheet set for over $100.00 and the stitching came out in my pre-wash :( Sad day! for the sheets, but LOVE my mattress.

Sent them a picture of what we were trying to match they said we would be happier with the color they had in inventory. We were matching a set we had. The color we got was not close at all. I was foolish for taking their recommendation. It seemed they were more interested in making a sale from their inventory than satisfying a customer.

The piece itself was what we expected, delivered on time and in good condition.

I love the product, excellent quality, customer service, sales and delivery/set-up team were all just about perfect. Very pricey however but you get what you pay for I guess.

This is the 2nd Innomax latex mattress I have had. I had one prior to my divorce a year and a half ago and then had two other supposedly good mattresses in between then and now. They were NOT as comfortable and gave me back trouble. Yes I paid more for my Innomax mattress but it is well worth it. I am thrilled to be sleeping well and free of pain again. I had forgotten how good that prior Innomax one was. The sales person was not just being a sales man, he really cared and guided me to what would be best. He used the laser to verify my spine was straight in the beds I was looking at. No one else at other places had showed me a latex mattress. I LOVE my bed again and recomment Innomax to EVERYONE.

Stopped in to look around & got some new sheets, they were busy but greeted me & rang me up as soon as they could.

Tommy helped me pick out my mattress. He is extremely knowledgeable on all the products and took time to get to know my sleep patterns, etc.. to help me select a bed that works for me. I bought the Trinity.. it's been 3 weeks since my purchase, and I am very happy! It took about a week to "wear in" the bed, and now I have been sleeping great! I find that I don't toss and turn as much as I used to with my former spring mattress. I would absolutely recommend Innomax to my family and friends! Great experience and great mattress!!

I called the manufacturer, went to one of their retail stores looking for a part and they did not make it easy. I Googled the part and found the Innomax website and they had an excellent picture of the very part I needed at a very fair price and shipped it to me when they said they would. I was impressed!

Creepy 80's vibe in the place was awesome. There prices were much better, and we shopped around many places. I would recommend to anyone buying a bed to go here and I have

We went to Innomax solely because of the internet reviews. Went to the storeroom and were Not going to purchase a bed that day. We really lucked out when Tommy Strickerz helped us because he knew everything about the company and all of their products. He knew about his competitors as well. While he was a great salesman, we didn't feel the pressure to buy until he showed us the adjustable split king memory bed. The pressure was to get it home and sleep in this dreamy bed. We never buy at the first place, but Tommy changed that with us. He answered all of our unknown fears about changing from a traditional mattress and boxspring. The delivery team was efficient and very friendly. We've only had the bed for 3 weeks and hope that it will last as long as our last one of 20 years.

What more does anyone need to say.

Scott was very patient with me while choosing and deciding if an Innomax bed was right for me. I haven't slept very well due to an injury, but now I have been sleeping through the night! Amazing! Sleep is necessary and now in less than a month, I'm feeling so much better!

Scott Holden was exceptional in helping us to choose our perfect bed! There were two other VETERAN salespeople with whom we interacted and I felt totally confident that we bought the ed that would most fit our needs.

By fore the best thickest best make I have ever bought !!!! & I have bought a number of them through the years. Waterbed supplies are getting harder to find , so thank you Innomax for remembering us that still have them !
