The shower base has a defect in it and the Bluetooth and radio are not fit for purpose as there is interference which when asked about basically blamed everything except for the product overall poor quality unfortunately

Exceptional service & perfect sauna! Highly recommend!
Recently bought an infrared sauna from insignia wellness and everything was perfect! They helped me choose between all the products in their showroom, letting me test them and try the features. Booked delivery around me and were very professional, tidy and fast with the install. An absolute dream from start to finish and I would highly recommend them ☺️

good website good service
good website to identify the spare parts needed. Ordered on Monday, received Tuesday morning. Our steam shower is 10 years old, it is good parts are readily available.

100 % Insigna mistake, but I had to jump through several hoops to get it rectified
I was invoiced for and sent the wrong parts. having paid extra for express delivery, I wanted this put right quickly, but the agent I spoke to kept insisting that I send a picture of the parts supplied. I explained that they were exactly as invoiced, so it was pointless sending a photo; they were not damaged, just wrong. The agent then tried to tell me I would have to contact customer services BY EMAIL. Eventually, she agreed to look at my order and discovered that I had ordered the correct parts, but had been invoiced and sent the wrong ones.
Once the agent found that I was being honest all along, she put things right very efficiently and quickly. It was just so torturous getting to that point.

Spoke to the sales team for advise, found the part and was expecting a couple of days before I could fit them, however, the part arrived the next day, so great full.

The delivery driver was great however…
The delivery driver was great however the three very heavy boxes of the Sauna clearly stated they required 3 men to lift them!
Some parts were missing however the after-sales was very good, replacement parts were received by next day delivery.
Construction instructions were reasonable but operating instructions were vague.
