Super easy to open the account and to transfer funds into it. Also very easy to manage the online account. Top saving rates for what I needed being a fixed rate bond for a couple of years. Really happy to have found this company to invest with. Thanks Investec :)

I've used Investec for a few years now off and on.
Investec is definitely one of my go too banks for fixed rate savings, usually good rates and easy to open.
Good communications especially at the end of term.

My experience as an Investec saver
I have been a customer of Investec Savings for the past few years. I have found their portal easy to operate and carry out the changesthat I require from time to time like renewals, adding or moving money. The best part is that when you deposit money into an Investec Savings account, they send you a text message quickly for having received the amount into your account. The only area where they could improve is to offer slightly better, competitive interest rates, and rewar, particularly , those who renew with them repeatedly.

An ISA transfer very problematic.
Making an ISA transfer was very difficult. I got conflicting information, and it was not possible to state when I wanted to have the transfer take place.
