Jeg er så fornøyd med å trene med Iqoro selv om jeg ikke var så plaget med syre, så har den mange andre fordeler, som mellomgulvet og nakken er blitt bedre hos meg, så takk for at den er her.
Så enkelt og bra, uten medisin.

Jag är helt enig med alla dom lovorden som skrivs . Hes röst och öm strupe och hals är borta .Märker nu efter 4 månader att jag även sover bättre och hade ibland ont i lungorna som är borta nu . Enkel att använda och efter lite letande i början hittade lugnet och avlslappnad andning , det finns andningsövningar inom yoga men detta är enklare för mig .Jag har IBS och mina tarmar gillade inte alls esomeprazol. Rekommenderar .

Redan efter ett par veckor kände jag viss förbättring.
Nu efter 3 månader är jag klart bättre och kommer att fortsätta använda den framöver. Att kunna äta utan att sätta i halsen hela tiden är en enorm känsla.
Jag behöver behålla och gå upp i vikt och det här har gjort att jag vågar äta mer och oftare.

Haft halsbränna jättelänge. Fick ta bikarbonat varje gång jag ätit elr druckit kaffe... lika när jag lagt mig på kvällen.. Efter 1 dags användning var min halsbränna borta....

I've been using the IQoro device for just over three months & am delighted with it. After the first week I was going to give up as my reflux symptoms were dramatically worse. Thankfully I listened to their support staff & other IQoro users in the fb support group & persisted. My reflux soon began to diminish & I'm now seeing consistent major improvements so I will continue to use it. The device itself is easy to use & IQuoro customer service is excellent.

I was very sceptical of this product but have now been using it for about 6 months. I had a 4cm hiatal hernia at the last gastroscopy so decided to ask my doctor to prescribe this. (I haven't yet found a doctor in the UK who has heard of it though). Over the months, I have gradually stopped taking PPI, the morning coughing has stopped and I can have the occasional glass of wine without too much upset. My stomach is also flatter.

My only complaint is the material used for the iQoro which is hard plastic and it is uncomfortable to use.

This review is for the look, feel and material of the product and not for its efficacy. I will post an update once I've given it enough time to work.
Really disappointing first impressions - I appreciate that a lot of time and research has gone into designing IQoro however I really expected a better quality product for the price. The plastic is cheap, it probably costs pennies to make and the device is quite uncomfortable to use. For £150 I excepted a product which is finished better, may be with a soft silicone coating on top. Just hoping that someone from the company will see this review and take it on board.
I'm still hopeful that IQoro will work as promised.

Nu har jeg brugt IQoro i 12 uger.
Jeg kan kun anbefale den til andre med mellem gulvsbrok, den virker.
Jeg har været symptomfri i 4-5 uger nu. Efter sigende snorker jeg heller ikke nær så meget mere.

I was definately a sceptic but after about 4 months with also taking slippery elm and turmeric and cinnamon my reflux has gone.I no longer use any ppi medication.To be honest i am really surprised but also very happy.

Just to update as of August 2023.
I am using Iqoro once a day and have had no need for any PPi meds for 9 months now.
I had tried vitamins,diets,ppi and everything else you can name without any real effects other than maybe a small reduction in reflux.
I cannot claim Iqoro will work for everyone but for me it did after about 10 years of acid reflux.I can eat anything now and occasionally while on holiday with 2 weeks of rich food and drink i may have a little reflux i will cure it with a gaviscon and that is all i need.
I have no incentive to write this other than hoping it may help others who have suffered as i did for many years.
My advice is to stick with it as at first you may not notice much for a few months,i am also quite strong in my use of Iqoro and can feel the tense in my upper chest when using it.Make sure you use the right technique,you can feel it.

I hope Iqoro can help you as it has done me.

Iqoro really does help with hiatus hernia, I bought mine a year ago now, I used it 3 x a day for 6 months then I stopped using it but the chest pain & reflux started to come back, I think it's a permanent routine you have to adopt which is quite easy to fit in around your life, I'm never going to be without mine now, hopefully I can get next one on nhs but if not I won't hesitate to buy another, the company are really helpful when your a beginner, always on hand to answer any questions. Thanks Iqoro for giving me my life back & less pain.

Jag beställde en av dessa med hopp om att få resultat, efter undersökningar visar det sig att jag kan få hjälp på annat sätt. Jag kan inte lämna tillbaka min produkt förens 6mån in i användningen. Slutar naturligt att använda den då jag inte har behov då jag fått annan behandling och när jag fyller i deras enkät så svarar jag ärligt. GÖR INTE DET, då ni måste trots att ni inte har behov fortsätta använda denna produkt i 6mån även om den inte hjälper. I mina ögon utnyttjar företaget denna "garanti" för att sälja mer enheter.

I was sceptical about the product but I was really happy that I did try it out. I have used it for 4 months and now rarely need to use any medication and I also sleep much better than I did. I have found the product to be of great benefit and can recommend it to others

Ich habe über viele Monate das Gerät 3x an Tag angewendet und leider keine Verbesserung der Symptome bei meiner GERD Erkrankung festgestellt. Sehr schade!

I purchased my Iqoro in October last year (2022) after years of acid reflux caused by a hiatus hernia.I was dubious, at first, as to how a piece of plastic in my mouth would help my stomach. I followed the videos provided (which are very clear and helpful) and was very pleased that within a few months the burning sensation in my oesophagus and throat and chest had subsided. I thought I would try and remove the extra pillows that I used to prop myself up with to try and sleep and found that I had no acid in my throat. It was so good to begin to sleep normally again. I then tried slowly reducing the dosage of my esomeprazole. So far ( February 2023) I have cut it by 50% and will continue to slowly reduce. I can’t tell you how miraculous this all seems. I am religious with the exercises and will continue to be and I am very slow and careful introducing change to my diet and medication. Another side bonus is that I have stopped snoring! It has been wonderful to slowly reintroduce things I have missed for years. An occasional small glass of red wine has been a delight. Years ago I was told by my consultant that once you have acid reflux you have it for life - not so with Iqoro- what a wonderful invention

Started on the18th January. My
Before I started the IiQoroi had severe GERD, it had gradually got worse over the years, as soon as I lay down the reflux was never ending which consequently led to me being awake several times a night! Tried five different types of tablets and none worked, 2 Gastroscopies said I had a small opening! By this point I was desperate, my husband did some research and came across the IQoro, so thought I’ve tried everything else let’s give it a go. The results are excellent improvement from the word go now almost weaned off the tablet I’m virtually back to normal. I’ll continue to use the I Qoro for as long as I need. It is worth every single penny.
Footnote- My GP ( Northern Ireland) and My Consultant had never heard of it, so I took the information to them both ) unfortunately it’s not on prescription here.

Efter 3 månader märkte jag tydliga resultat. Jag har dokumenterat magmunsbråck genom gastroskopi och hade haft problem med både reflux, ont i magen och sväljsvårigheter i över 1 år. Jag köpte IQoro på ren chans, men drog verkligen vinstlott.

IQuoro has done exactly what it was supposed to do.
No more medication & no more discomfort.
My hiatus hernia is quiet & I’m only using my IQuoro once every other day.
I’m very happy with that.

Produkten har gett mig det utlovade hjälpen. jag använder inte längre Omeprazole som jag vanligtvis brukar ha med mig överallt.
Kundsupporten har också varit tydliga med hur jag ska träna och att det kan ta ett tag innan man ser resultaten.
För mig personligen tog det ca 8 månader tills jag insåg att jag inte längre hade symtomen.
