Easy to order. Delighted with the speed of delivery. The information leading up to, and after my purchase enabled me to get the best out of the Iqoro. Delighted my internet searching lead me to the product. Still continue to use it as a maintenance for my digestive health.

Simple but effective device which has really helped with my acid reflux and associated sensitive throat. The company is very helpful when contacted.

Till en början var det min hustru som hade problem från magmunnen. Hon provade IQoro, vilket lindrade besvären.
Tanken att prova tekniken för min sömnapné dryftades.
Jag talade med en sköterska på CPAP-avd som inte hade någon erfarenhet av IQoro. Vi kom överens om att jag skulle prova ett år.
Ca 8 månader senare var det dags att byta CPAP-apparaten till en ny modell. Innan dess gjorde vi en ny undersökning vid sömnlabbet. Vid första testet hade jag ca 58 andningsuppehåll, men efter denna gång meddelade hon att jag kunde returnera apparaten.

I had a reflux problem for many years. After having a camera down my throat it was confirmed i had a hietus hernia. I was told by the doctor that i would have to repeat the the camera experience every year! They would of had me on pills for the rest of my life! Thanx to this device and about 7 months of training i no longer have any problems (snoring, extreme heartburn, stomach pain, choking on acid while asleep etc)
Well worth the money. I believe this is now available through the nhs for those that cannot afford it private.

Have been using the device for a few months and have seen a big improvement in my symptoms (I have a HH, LPR & related asthma, following Covid). I was initially sceptical, especially when I first received the device. It took a while to get in to the habit of using daily. Once I started to see an improvement, it spurred me on to stick with the 3 times daily routine. Must stress that I’ve also changed my diet, increased exercise, use a sleeping wedge etc etc. but I absolutely believe that Iqoro has helped relieve my symptoms.**Update 21/11/24. Still using device for maintenance and still benefitting greatly. Dispensed with sleeping wedge long ago + other aids as Iqoro has returned my life to normal.

No exaggeration - this product has changed my life. 2 years ago I couldn't swallow food due to hiatus hernia causing oesophagagitis. Now I can eat what I like, even chocolate and have an alcoholic drink if I want. I'm not quite back to completely normal, but I'm nearly there and life is so much better. It is a difficult journey, but well worth it. I have been very dedicated to the training and still train once or 2 or twice a day,, but as I clean my teeth twice a day and will always do that, there is no hardship! I wish for everyone to have the same results as I have... thank you iqoro..

I was a bit sceptical about the product but my snoring was becoming a real issue and my long term acid reflux was not improving. So what did I have to lose?
The good news is that it worked! After a few weeks of doing the exercises the snoring had stopped and the acid reflux improved.
It took a few days to get the technique right but once mastered it is easy.
I am now 4 months in and very satisfied and will keep going. Sleep quality for all in the house is much improved!

Jag har blivit mycket bättre i halsbrännan och sura uppstötningar sedan jag började med 1QORO. Har bara fått diagnos på IBS mage, men misstänker att jag har något mer problem.

I was diagnosed with 2cm HH 18 months ago. Several months of different meds, which made absolutely no difference. I was only able to eat a handful of different foods, in tiny portions. I was in agony, swollen bloated stomach, couldn't bend over to pick anuthing up & I lost 4 stone. After using Iqoro for 3 months, there was definitely an improvement. 12 months on I have changed my diet and continue to use my iqoro. Now I can eat anything, no pain, no meds. I did think it was expensive but, would pay 10 times that now knowing what a difference it has made & given me my life back.

I have been using IQoro since April 2021, after two months I noticed I was getting much less reflux and also heartburn. I now use it about every other day .
I think you should also consider diet and amount of food that is eaten. I am able to drink one cup of strong coffee a day and two glasses of red wine per week.
I have not taken any medication for months.

Den kvinna jag hade kontakt med då ett problem uppstod- var superbra, tillmötesgående, informativ och saklig. Allt löste sig :) Perfekt då jag ju är beroende av min lille "tränare" IQoro !

ag har gått med "klump" i halsen över ett år o hade testat många olika sätt att bli av med den. Jag hade också besökt läkare ett antal gånger som inte hittade något. Läste om lQoro, köpte den o började träna. Det tog inte många dagar förrän jag faktiskt märke skillnad, en förbättring. Träningen har jag nu gjort i 6 månader o "klumpen" är faktiskt helt borta. En fantastisk känsla. Önskar bara att jag började tidigare för då hade jag sluppit obehaget.

Oerhört nöjd! Använt sedan maj och inte behövt äta läkemedel för reflux sedan juni. Har konstaterat magmunsbråck. Har haft reflux, slem, svårigheter att svälja och lätt att sätta i halsen m.m. Alla symptom har nästan försvunnit. Och detta har jag haft i många år. Lite knaster kvar (från segt slem) och ibland när jag äter och dricker sent får jag lite besvär och då kan jag behöva ta t.ex. en novalucol. Är så nöjd. När det gäller kostnaden, som kan kännas hög, tänker jag så här; om man slår ut det på all omeprazol, läkarbesök etc över åren samt att demens har konstaterats öka i befolkningsstudier vid långtidsanvändning av syrapumpshämmare, så är det värt det helt klart. Min mamma åt stora mängder omeprazol pga biverkningar från andra läkemedel och om det var pga detta eller annat vet man ju inte men demens är en vidrig sjukdom. Så att slippa ta omeprazol eller liknande syra-/protonpumpshämmare kanske fördröjer demensen i alla fall.

Placed an order but never received it, thinkthe delivery company have lost it. But Iqoro are refusing to give me a refund until they receive it back. they have not once offered to send another. How can they refund an item that has been lost!!!
Very frustrated, would warn against using them if this is thier attitude towards custoners.

I've been using the device for about 6 mths & virtually eliminated the acid reflux which I used to find a problem. I can't give any one date as I am still receiving the relief.

I was extremely disappointed with this product, which I purchased in March 2021, but I hope my Review does not deter others who are considering trying this device.

It just wasn't for me & I'm afraid I am unconvinced it will work for others who share my specific condition (severe acid reflux). However, it may well work for other conditions.

Setting aside the questionable price (£155), I committed 100% to using this overpriced plastic device continuously, 3 times a day, every day for over a period of 12 months. I really wanted it to work because I don't want to rely on the use of PPI's or orthodox long term medication to treat my severe acid reflux condition.

Before purchasing it I read all the positive reviews about the history & science behind the device & the positive experiences of others who say they have benefited from using it, before I invested in it, both emotionally & financially.

To say I am disappointed in the device's 'zero' effect on my condition is an understatement - it has done absolutely nothing for my condition whatsoever & I reluctantly therefore gave up on it this summer, in favour of orthodox medication (PPI), having wasted 12 months trying to persuade myself that it might eventually work.

I can't help but feel that many people's positive experiences & glowing reviews may be the result of a placebo effect, rather than any firm scientific based improvement, although I am sure Iqora will firmly contradict me on this point.

However, where is the actual empirical, conclusive evidence in the UK that this device actually works? What trials have been conducted & if it does work, why doesn't it work for all patients like myself (& I don't need training on how to use it properly thank you Iqora - I watched all the training videos several times before using it).

Whilst I am very pleased that it seems to work for others, I remain highly sceptical about many of the positive claims made about it & I'm surprised that it has recently been recognised by the NHS - clearly the voices of patients like myself, who have had a disappointing long term experience of using this device, are not going to be heard or acknowledged either by Iqora or the NHS, as far as accurately monitoring the genuine efficacy of this device is concerned. Our negative experiences regrettably don't seem to count when assessing the genuine efficacy of this device?
