Charged higher when visited as compared to the price I booked
I booked a 100-mins anti stress massage which costs 172,000KRW. But when I arrive, the receptionist said the price was revised in January and showed me a menu which cost more. The link to book was given by them and they should have changed the price. They is probably just an excuse. Since I had travelled far for this, I decided to take up the 80-mins one which cost 162,000KRW. The massage was just ok. I think they really charge foreigners a premium, such a massage would cost me only a third of this amount, in my country. I have seen similar reviews on this place.
Great service, but more expensive than priced in the site
The clinic I've booked the service was great. Great instalations, welcoming staff, great doctors. The only negative thing was that the price was twice than listed on the website.
I went to the clinic
I went to the clinic, asked to sign a paper that was written in Korean. I asked for an English version, they offer an interpreter but I rather sign it in English which I can understand what I am signing for. The receptionist we’re start laughing and talking on their language which is so rude.

To make an appointment was great! It was very easy, but service was not clear it was bit confusing.. they should make more clear of what service I was getting and place I had to go.

Clunky service with a translator
The service with a translator felt disjointed and unnatural. I would have preferred to use my phone as a translator and talk directly.
While parts of the service was well explained, other parts were not. Such as explaining the procedure (what is being done, loud noises etc).
The price was dishonest. I was offered a “introductory price” for mole removal, which was a lot more than the actual price (measuring the moles individually). While prices were transparent, they weren’t applied fairly.
In future, please explain to customers how they can prepare for a treatment before arriving. This was not clear for my hair removal.

From contacting Jivaka, to getting options and recommendation, to making appointment and changing schedules, Jivaka has respond very quickly and has been very supportive. Great service and well trusted.
Good Service with nice interior
Nice interior and reception area, followed by good and friendly service, also for foreigners. Staff is patient and (in my case) can overcome a possible language barrier by taking the time to use translator apps.

Consultant is very nice and patient and not pushy. The translator is especially sweet and nice and speaks perfect mandarin despite being a Korean. Doc is nice and patient too, gives suggestions on treatment for the next visit.

I got a very good medical opinion, after detailed examination, and explanation using pictures. I was not pressured into making a decision right then and was very satisfied with what I got overall.

I highly recommend Jivaka Beauty and their advertised treatments and special deals. Events are from reputable clinics and Jivaka’s customer support team ensures clients get a prompt appointment for preferred clinic for required treatment.
I’m really impressed with the service and support I received while in South Korea for medical procedures. I needed few different dermatology treatments and they contacted the clinics on my behalf, guided me on how to get to the clinics including regularly messaging me on WhatsApp, They went above and beyond by sending me exact travel information such as subway line number, interchanging stations and precise exit numbers closer the clinics. Without their support I would not have been able to get the treatments I needed during my recent trip to Seoul.

Consultation dr is not friendly nor accommodating. She didn’t even take a look at my face.
Everything is soooo fast even though i spent over US 1000. Only 1 person can speak English.
In short i’m not gonna go back again

The whole process was very blur to me. The Chinese translator was only provided at the beginning on the services offered recommended for you, which was useful. However after that, no clear instructions on what to do. After my treatment that ended, they wiped off the gel on my face and then just pointed to the lockers which I supposed it meant I can leave. So I just grabbed my things and left, which felt very abrupt and I wondered if I missed anything.
Never use jivaka.

Consultant could not speak English
Consultant could not speak English, pushy, very short responses which felt unwelcoming. When I asked questions about whether I could go under sun after the procedure, she questioned me back on why I would I want to go under the sun and why would I want the sun to damage my face rather than responding appropriately.
Overall satisfactory
Service was good. Prompt to response. Helpful to have translation service. Jivaka tried to answered most of my questions. Prices are close to what was published. Happy with the results.
Only letdown was - I was expecting a doctor to evaluate skins and recommend relevant treatment during my consultation at the clinic as advised by Jivaka but I was attended by a consultant.
Mole Removal
Making the appointment was quick and easy, I also received swift respone to questions I had beforehand! The service at Bioface was great and I felt very well taken care of, they set realistic expectations for results!
