Joe & Seph's Gourmet Popcorn Avis 

I mean I’m not or didn’t think I was a massive popcorn fan but this stuff though 😋 I mean oh my god!!! As soon as you taste it you realise that this isn’t like any of the popcorn you’ve had before, this stuff is levels above all the others, I’d buy it by the kilo if I could, Salted caramel 🍿😋👌

I have had this popcorn before and it is amazing so I ordered an Advent calendar as a treat for my granddaughter at university. I had a couple of specific queries about the product and delivery and they were so helpful and friendly in dealing with them for me. Excellent customer service. Thank you. X

Delicious products. Also, Joe & Sephs include Northern Ireland in their QVC order deliveries, which is very welcomed and should be acknowledged as not many other food companies do so, leaving us disappointed! I have ordered a number of items for Christmas coming and have also ordered previously.

The products are great but what I want to say is the customer experience is just as good as the products I messed up my order and with just a couple of very friendly and helpful emails it was all sorted if you like popcorn do not hesitate to use this company

World class popcorn, world class service!

I’ve been a loyal Joe & Seph’s popcorn consumer for ten years now. Ever since I first tried their Cheddar Cheese popcorn, I was transformed. J&S popcorn are so good that I no longer eat any other popcorn.

The other day I reached out to their customer service with an inquiry. It came as no surprise when their service was on par with the quality of their popcorn.

World class all the way! Hats off, and thank you for being an amazing company in every single way!

Well, firstly the popcorn is always amazing. It's pretty much the only popcorn I go for. Flavours are awesome and the best bit, for me, is that I never have to worry about unpopped kernels!

I'd never ordered direct form them before but on my first order made a mistake and ordered the wrong flavour. Messaged their help and got an almost instant response saying they would change the order and refunding the difference. Awesome service.

I remember my partner gave me different flavours of Joe and Seph's popcorn. I am not a fan of popcorn but when I tasted it, I enjoyed it. It was worth to try. My kids loved them. Just leaving this review now as I feel like I need to share my experience.

Wanted to purchase two advent calendars-total cost £60. I have two gift cards-one for £50 and one for £10 as my son said the site didn’t have a £60 one. It was there but it said it wasn’t available. Anyway on checking out I discover you can only use one gift card! Checked with customer service and they confirmed this. Doesn’t make sense-I know of no other company that I have purchased from that doesn’t allow more than one gift card to be used. Not happy and suffice to say I won’t be buying from this company again.

I have just received my first order and I am very impressed by its taste quality ingredients (considering what product it is and comparing other similar ones)

Spent over £50 on popcorn from this business because I thought it would be trust worthy , they sent my shipment with missing popcorn which they did replace but then I realised some of the pop corn was out of date

Biggest rip off ever. No taste and greedy price for amount you get.

Firstly, I love Joe & Seph's popcorn and buy bags for gifts. This year, everyone was given a savoury (my faves esp Blue Cheese, Celery & Walnut!) and a sweet. I needed the first batch I ordered pretty quickly. There was certainly enough info about posting during the busy Christmas period but I did reach out for a push in time for a gift swap which was no problem. It arrived on time, as did my second order. I took advantage of the discount. Without knowing about either of our purchases, I was sent a video from my sister in Boston of a Joe & Seph's giant cracker being pulled! Had I looked further, I would have bought one also. They loved it. Next year...Great customer service and popcorn is always a treat. Wishing a fab 2024 to all the team.

Chocolate pop corn. Tasteless popcorn and a bit of cheap milk chocolate! For the price if this tiny packet you could buy at least two decent bars of Tesco hazel nut milk chocolate. A total waste of money.

I was bought one of the milk chocolate popcorn star boxes for Christmas and noticed that my gift giver had left the price on the bottom corner £9. Opening the box I find a small peanut styled bag containing a meager 105 g of the product, couldn't be right surly??
So, I read the packaging about the gourmet side of the business and was expecting a chocolate popcorn delight! But NO very average, if anything the corn was a little soft. I rarely comment on Trust pilot but I thought I should check on the reviews. To my surprise it had about 75% positive reviews and a four star rating. Pretty good, although short of the aim to be producing the best popcorn/chocolate combination in the world. Now don't get me wrong it's got chocolate on it, so I'm going to eat it, will I buy any more at £8 plus £1 for a gift? Not a chance. I would far prefer a bar of quality chocolate and some butterkist for a third of the price and more quantity. Even if the whole star had been filled with the product instead of 85% fresh air, it would have been over priced.
If it's the hand made aspect that is making these £8+ take my advice, get a machine to push the popcorn into the chocolate and halve the price, you will sell more.
One further note,if this product is hand made why did one of the stars contain an unpopped piece of corn? Sorry but it's a no from me.

Great popcorn! I had a small issue with my advent calendar 2023. Having had calendars the previous years it was a little disappointing. However, my issue was swiftly resolved and within a coupe of days I was enjoying even more delightful popcorn. Thank you Sara.

I forgot to claim my first order discount but was pleasantly surprised that the company reminded me and refunded it through PayPal. Thank you! More importantly, the popcorn looks great in its retro glass jar. I'm sure my son will love it.

After purchasing the advent calendar and been let down with the popcorn being soggy and stale . I can honestly say customer service is a 100% customer focused . So apoligetic and arranged for a christmas box to be sent out to us . The popcorn is so tasty and delicious, totally made up for the disappointment in the calendar, shame too as the calendar concept is awesome but hey these things happen . Problem quickly solved .
