Hello and welcome, my name is Joe Biggs, and I would love to be your Personal Holiday Advisor! I started my travel career in 2007, completing an apprenticeship and NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Travel and Tourism Services with TUI. After two years as an apprentice, I moved into management, creating perfect holidays for customers for a further three years. In 2012, my sights turned skywards, and I pursued my dream of becoming Cabin Crew. After eight weeks of intensive training, I joined Virgin Atlantic and later British Airways, travelling everywhere from Barbados to Bangkok, and from San Francisco to Sydney. You can find pictures of all my adventures in the photo albums on my Facebook page. In 2018, I really missed creating perfect holidays for my customers, so I launched my own travel business as a Personal Holiday Advisor. I am backed by Constant Travel, established in 2005 and part of the Hays Travel Independence Group. Working from my home office in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, I take the time to understand exactly what you want and create your perfect holiday at a time that suits you. There are no queues or distractions — I am independent, impartial, and focused entirely on you. I search and compare all leading tour operators and cruise lines to get you the best deals, and I am ABTA and ATOL protected so you can book with confidence. In 2023, my business celebrated its 5th birthday and I welcomed Olivia to the team. Olivia brings a wealth of travel experience, having previously worked with Jet2holidays and TUI. That year, I was also awarded ‘Best Homeworker – Silver’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Travel Agent Conference in Antalya. In 2024, I was named ‘Home-Based Travel Agent Of The Year’ at the TTG Travel Awards in London and won ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays VIP Conference in Paphos. In 2025, I was proud to be named ‘Leisure Agent of the Year (Home or Call Centre Based)’ at the Travel Weekly Agent Achievement Awards and retained ‘Top Non-Retail Agent – Gold’ at the Jet2holidays Non-Retail Summit in Leeds. We also welcomed our second team member, Becca, who has over 19 years’ experience, including roles at TUI, The Co-operative Travel, and Thomas Cook. This was my first time booking through an agent instead of going direct, and I have to admit—I was a little nervous at first. But wow, I didn’t need to be!
From the moment we booked right through to when we got home, Joe and his team were absolutely incredible. Every single detail was taken care of, and the personalised messages we received (packed with super helpful local tips) made everything feel so easy and stress-free.

Quick, informative, easy
Contacted these guys late on Saturday evening knew where I wanted to go, didn’t know where to stay. Multiple options were sent thru by early Sunday afternoon and one was secured and booked within way less than 24 hours also cheaper than what I could’ve got anywhere directly. Will book again using these guys. Highly recommend.

Fabulous service
Used Joe and his team for lots and lots of holidays, ski and cruises, maybe over 25 times now, he’s my first call and normally my last, I give him details of what I’ve found and he finds the exact same deal and always matches it or in most cases beats the price, and I get a few surprises along the way. Thanks for the Prosecco Joe. I can rely on him for any help and advice on any of my niggles, he’s there or his team to assist me with tickets, labels or anything I can’t seem to do. The paperwork is sent through by email within 10 minutes of me booking and he keeps in touch all along the way. I’ve booked holidays months in advance or even 2/3 days before departing and I can honestly say he’s the best for me. He knows my needs and budget and will do his very best to secure my booking. We are a group of 4 adult who have just returned from a month of adventuring around Japan. We cannot thank Joe enough for supporting us through the whole process. We booked 2 years ago with Joe after he price matched our trip. We received a lovely bottle of bubbly just before we left. Would you believe the day we arrived at Manchester Airport to fly to Singapore via Dubai, Emirates shut down. No need to panic Joe was on the phone sorting new flights which we took the following day. He sorted hotels and transfers with new times. We also had new flight to bring us home as Joe did not trust that a month later Dubai airport would be open and it was not - well done Joe.
We are now home safe having had the most amazing time and we highly recommend Joe to sort out your adventures whatever your needs he has an option. We have also booked package deals / just cruise / just flights as well as world wide adventures

I have booked a cruise with Joe and it was seamless.
I had booked another cruise for Jan'26 and spent 1 1/2 hrs on phone arranging it. Unfortunately due to the war our cruise from Dubai is cancelled and now we are waiting on our refund.

Dunes 'Dor hotel Agadir
From start to finish, as soon as I contacted the Joe Biggs team , and I explained what I would like, the job was taken out of my hands and all I had to do was answer questions on what experience, any needs and requirements. My 1st holiday this year started in Agadir, Morocco, the hotel was situated with a view overlooking the Atlantic ocean, and that was only the start, the fight times were great transfers on time and the people were genuinely warm and friendly. The food we couldn't fault, the staff were helpful and friendly, all in all with the help of the JB travel team, I/we had a brilliant time, thanks to all of you!

California Dreaming
The package Joe put together for us was bespoke to our needs. The hotels and areas he chose for us were very good. In particular the hotels he chose for us in Hollywood and San Diego.
The two trips Joe put together with the trip were excellent.
He kept in touch with us throughout our trip and the lovely touch of welcoming note on arrival.
