A little disappointed with my latest…
A little disappointed with my latest order of beef tripe. Previous orders have been excellent quality. However, this particular batch contained more tough seam than tripe even when boiled in salted water for 45mins. Not one to complain, but on this occasion I felt it necessary to bring this to your attention. I'm certain you can rectify this situation prior to dispatching the product. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.

The tripe I buy is well packaged and arrive within 3 days of order.
I would much appreciate if the pieces are a bit more clean and neatly cut.

We apologize for the 3-day delivery time — orders placed after Thursday 11:00 am are processed the following week, with deliveries typically being next-day for orders placed from Monday to Thursday before 11:00 am.
Regarding the tripe, our products are sold precooked and clean, but we leave them whole pieces so customers can cut them to their preferred size for cooking. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you again!
