Purchased charger with built in wire for iPhone 7 days ago literally doesn’t charge anymore, didn’t bend it or abuse it at all as used for brand new phone and now it’s intermittently charging for 1 second then stopping. Triple checked different outlets and triple checked my lighting port. Nothing wrong no debris. It’s the charger just being terrible and horribly made

Powerbank wasting charge by keeping itself nice and warm
I purchased a Juice 5000Mah powerbank and it cannot come close to fully charging my Samsung Galaxy S24 which has a 4000Mah battery. Indeed, to charge my Samsung to 50% takes 71% of the powerbank's capacity.
Therefore, if I accept the powerbank is 5000Mah, it got through 71%, or 3550Mah, to put 2000Mah of charge in my phone.
To put it another way, only around 56.5% (or 2825Mah) of the 5000Mah claimed capacity actually gets to my phones battery.
Where is the remaining 43.5% of the power going? Well as other reviewers have said, it gets hot and there's just no beating the 7th law of physics which includes 'Energy is neither created nor destroyed; it only changes forms.' Put simply for the context of a powerbank, the heat created is just energy loss.
Now I know and accept that no powerbank is going to be 100% efficient due to, mainly thermal, losses when using it to charge something. However, having owned 3 powerbanks before this one (1 Duracell, 1 Energiser and ironically 1 Juice), none of them has come close to putting off as much heat as this one does and it'll be going back to Argos for a refund.
Overall, based on my experience on the latest Juice powerbank, I could not recommend anyone to buy one.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I've bought 2 Type C cables from this joke of a company, both have broken. Absolutely useless. Better off going on a Chinese site and buying a charger from there, hell at least it'd be cheaper. £6 for a cable that'll break in a month's time is unbelievable. Cable has very visibly bent at least 45 degrees in one direction, my own phone has told me to unplug the charger immediately.
Would give 0 out of 5 if I could, screw this company.

Amazing!
i love my new power bank it is super handy as it has a charger attached to it that easily folds back into the power bank. It also tells me how charged it is on the front. It’s super fast charging overall.

Really pleased with these ear buds
Really pleased with these ear buds. Especially for the price. I wasn't expecting them to be great as they were so cheap, but they are great. I use them in the gym everyday. The sound is clear and the control is really accurate and easy to use.

Shocking Customer Service
Purchased a charger around August of last year and upon going to use it again I saw the battery had expanded. since it was within the warranty, I contacted Amazon who then advised me to contact the manufacturer as this was a product issue. Fair enough. Cue a 2 month back and forth with Juice telling me I should've gone through amazon. They dropped my case and I haven't heard anything since March 4th 2025 where they advised me 'but apparently amazon got a new management and they will pick up on the case soon.'
It would be nice to see a company take responsibility for their products, rather than passing it off to a stockist when the issue is clearly nothing to do with Amazon.
Purchased a couple of cables due to…
Purchased a couple of cables due to their guarantee, after a eight months started to get a shock from the end plugged into my phone on inspection found the insulation was coming apart.
Remembering the guarantee contacted them providing photos of the issue only to get told that even though they have a long guarantee you have to keep a copy of the receipts.
I have got cheaper cables from my local Halfords (own brand) before purchasing Juice brand and they are still working.
The guarantee is not worth the ink used to print it.
Will not be purchasing this brand again expensive waste of money two cables with the same fault I worked in the electric retail business and we did quality control even with big brands before allowing them to be sold

POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS
Purchased a juice charger atleast 4 months ago for a Samsung phone. Worked absolutely fine, was really astonished by the speed of the charge but it's recently gone downhill.
The charger itself heats up (plug end). When plugged into an outlet it sparked and almost caught alight. The outlet has been fine beforehand and only gave fault with this particular charger - after skimming over reviews of similar nature I have decided to leave my own personal experience. Lucky I caught this before it became problematic. PLEASE AVOID IF YOU DONT WANT YOUR HOMES TO BE CRISPY, CHARRED AND BURNT.

Just bought a USB-C cable from Juice via Tesco. It's absolutely useless. It's going back tomorrow. What is the point of selling cables that don't even work?! Unbelievable. Avoid this utterly incompetent company.
Rather pointless
Rather pointless, if it worked and held a decent charge and did not self discharge then that would be useful . Design fault. I spent £30 on a 3 charge juice bank, it takes ages to charge fully, it only holds a short charge before self discharging, very exspensive for a product that does not uphold for its intended use, the hardware design is pleasent but the software design is not up to scratch on this particular item, it needs to be redesigned so it does not self discharge and holds a longer charge , better products can be purchased else where for half the price which do the intended job at hand better. Very disapointing.

Less than a months use from iPad charge cable.
Purchased a juice 2 mtr usb c to c cable from tescos
On 3rd jan this year 2025, this failed within 3 weeks.
Have been refunded by tescos fair play by their customer team.The cable full price was 22quid reduced to 16.Not what you expect from pricey bit of kit.The packaging and presentation are top notch,but the cables are dross, do not even think of buying them.For that money you can purchase a belkin item.Never going near this company’s merch again.

Terrible company don’t know why they still exist every charger I’ve got from them has broke in under a month !
Juice have responded saying that they have a small amount of chargers that becomes faulty and that I can replace the item
I can show you my last 7 receipts of exchanges within the last 2 months at Sainsbury’s which now I have given up exchanging
I thought I was the problem but juice can not justify this issue as EVERYONE clearly can see juice is rated 1 star on Trustpilot for a reason. Everyone is experiencing the same issues with the charger, bit of a shame that juice is apparently the largest uk supplier which is definitely not agreed with myself and I’m sure with the rest of their customers too

Great product.
I'm really surprised to see all the poor reviews on here. I bought a 25w charger for my Samsung phone over a year ago from Argos and it has performed perfectly. In fact, I'm about to buy another as my wife keeps using it to charge her phone.

Poor quality
Had a juice charger for 18 months used very lightly and is now completely dead. Spoke with juice and they tell me that it’s wear and tear. Obviously very poor quality items. Will go elsewhere for my chargers. Terrible company.
