Junior Edition Avis 73

I am an international customer, who had to pay a large customs fee to obtain her package. The store hides behind the fact that it cannot calculate this in advance. Moreover the store could have informed me that splitting the order would have saved me the customs fee. Customer service was unfriendly and unhelpful.

Very nice selection of children's brands with lots of hard to find US brands. Easy to navigate website with fast shipping.

I ordered a black sweatshirt and it arrived with a fairly sizable white mark on the front. I sent an email to Junior Edition and it took them over a week to get back to me. He questioned me and said it was strange and did nothing to fix the issue. Over the next month and a half Joe still did not fix the issue. After more emailing and a month later...He admitted to it being a dye flaw!
Offered a 7.95 discount, which is pathetic. I agreed only because I just had surgery and don’t want to deal w the post office. It has been yet another week and NO refund! I opened a case with PayPal because Joe has done nothing as to date to fix the issue. I absolutely would NOT recommend purchasing anything at this store. You are lucky if they get back to you and if they do it’s 7 to 11 days and then still not made right after a month and a half!
Coming up on two months now. It’s the principal at this point.
The absolute worst customer service! Save yourself some trouble and shop somewhere else!

I’ve shopped at Junior Edition since it opened and I love it. It’s always a joy to visit the shop - my partner ends up grabbing a coffee in the local coffee shop and reads a book as I’ve never been able to just ‘pop in’! The last time I visited, my baby was hungry and Georgia kindly let me breastfeed in the back room while chatting and made me feel welcome and at ease. My online experiences have always been excellent. Such beautiful collections and edits. Knowledgeable and passionate staff who are always on hand to help with sizing queries. Thoughtful and helpful customer services who go above and beyond to help if there are any issues. Georgia, Nathan and the whole team work so hard and always respond swiftly to any issues. My ‘go to’ for all things gorgeous.

great customer service yes they do get busy and sometiems it takes time but when reached out always try to sort any issues. Always beautiful deliveries and help with sizing when needed.
Keep up the good work and thank you for beautiful clothes for my daughter.

Went in this shop today with 2 small children I was appalled at the disgusting customer service 😡
The woman that appeared to be in charge spent her time creeping up to a customer and didn’t even look at me or speak to my child .
Avoid at all costs really horrible experience

I made an order 14 days ago and have still not received any confirmation of Dispatch. I received an email after buying that due to sale delivery time would be longer but this is ridiculous and has went past there stated time. Customer service is also terrible when I asked for a refund of my postage cost they outright refused. If they have a sale period and know they will be busy they should hire extra staff instead of taking it out on there customers. Do not buy from here not to be trusted
