The blinds are ok but if something happens down the road don't expect any help from JB. I had to temporarily remove cellular blinds to replace the windows and needed to replace the mounting hardware.... Voir plus

Lesson learned the hard way

I bought four cellular shades for my living room. One no longer raises. I called the company and I'm out of warranty AND a year after my purchase, they discontinued the shade, therefore they cannot offer me a replacement OR a repair kit. I thought I was buying their brand of shade. This shade is one of two that bookends my big picture window. I'd like them all to match and can't afford to replace them right now. So I'd think twice about ordering again from JustBlinds.com. I feel had I ordered from a more reputable company, I'd have options. Lesson learned too late.

I wish I would have read available…

I wish I would have read available reviews before I purchased their product. I didn't feel these blinds were cheaply priced. I am not happy with them! They seemed of good quality when we received them. As they are hanging, the vertical blinds are constantly falling down! How frustrating!! Not what I expected! Will not reorder from company in the future!

No Exchanges allowed unless you pay extra for it!

I ordered my cellular shades from them. They took forever to arrive because they came from China, and when they did they did not fit my window. I chatted with customer service and was told that I could not exchange them since they were custom ordered but they would give me 20% off my next order and I could donate the ones I got. They refused to exchange them because I had not selected the "deluxe warranty". I was under the impression that since I ordered the deluxe shades that automatically gave me the deluxe warranty. Guess not as it appears you have to pay extra for deluxe shades and the deluxe warranty. Since all of their shades are custom order they should allow you to exchange them. I won't ever purchase from this company again and I will tell everyone that asks me about the shades I will tell them to stay clear of this place.

Avoid this website/manufacturer at all costs

Avoid this website at all costs. We ordered a 400cm Head Rail plus 20 vertical Blind 5" on the 24th April 2018. It took twenty seven working days to arrive and that after repeated phone calls and left messages plus an e-mail. Even then after all that time they sent the incorrect Head rail measuring 213cm not 400cm as ordered and paid for. I will no doubt have to wait another 26 working days for them to collect the wrong Head Rail.
I have suggested they refund our money and arrange collection of 213cm Head Rail. Would I recommend them NO not at any price..
