Following my mother moving into a care home, I had the task of selling her house, in November 2024 - a far from ideal time of the year
I chose Just Property from the 3 agents that valued the property, as I felt they offered the most professional approach at the time
The process went well and an offer was accepted in March 2025
The sale proceeded, with completion on course for the end of July
The process was delayed, in June, when my mother unexpectedly passed away, and probate interfered
The Team at Just Property, where excellent during this difficult time, and kept the chain together, helping me keep everybody updated on progress

Just Property are the third estate agents in Hastings I've used and the only one I'll use in future.

They secured quick sales on both our properties that weren't selling with other agents, were infinitely more communicative around progress being made and their sales staff were strong at closing viewings we had.

Cannot praise Just Property enough.

The team at Just worked hard to find us our new home in Hastings, understanding what we were looking for and being creative in getting us viewings even with houses not necessarily listed. We particularly enjoyed the 'mystery houses' thrown in at the end of viewings! They then made sure the purchase process went smoothly. I can’t recommend Just Property highly enough!

From the very first conversation with Harry, I was impressed. He took the time to understand my needs and gave me the confidence to choose them as my agent – and I’m so glad I did. The amount of interest they generated in the property was incredible, and it wasn’t long before we had our first buyer lined up.

When Ashley stepped in to manage the sale, things moved quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, just before exchange, our original buyer pulled out – something that could have been incredibly stressful – but Ashley worked miracles and secured another buyer within 24 hours. That alone deserves a huge amount of credit!

There were plenty of lumps and bumps along the way, and I’m sure there were moments where we both felt like the world was against us – but through it all, Ashley remained calm, focused, and absolutely determined to see this through. Today, thanks to that perseverance, we have finally exchanged contracts.

Just Property gave a thorough and professional service, taking photos of the house, including a drone from the air, drawing the plans, describing the rooms all in enough detail. The communication with us was excellent, and they always returned our telephone calls promptly. The only criticism was that they told us the prospective buyer was a cash buyer, when in fact there was a chain of 4 other buyers all of which eventually did complete, enabling our house to be sold. But the delay for this chain to work was frustrating. However Just Property , to their credit, were very active at trying to manage this chain, and they stuck at it even when the going was tough. We would recommend them.

We couldn’t be happier with the service we received from the Just Property team. They were professional, friendly, and responsive throughout the entire process. A special thank you to Ben, with his regular check ins and experience made the whole process much easier. Highly recommend!
