We have just sold our flat in Hastings in a difficult market. Throughout the several months it was for sale Just Property team were professional, hard working, friendly and persistent. This is what you want when especially when any sale is hard won. The team have an in depth knowledge of the town’s property market which is very reassuring for clients. Having an office in a prominent location in the old town is a definite plus, even in the era of Rightmove.

Had hoped to review earlier than this, and I don't do this often, but everyone we dealt with at Just Property were fantastic. We had not considered JP for selling our property which is a shame considering how great they were with our purchase. Would not hesitate to use them for selling our property in the future (albeit not for many years to come)!

Late in reviewing, but still remember the positive experience with Just Property. Communication was superb, nothing too much trouble. All the staff were helpful, and willing to help. Had most dealings with Ashley and Harry, and poor Hadley showing me around the house I was buying a few times, without a hint of annoyance :). Would definitely sell through them again and would have a sigh of relief if another purchase was made through them. All very good.

8 weeks between sale and purchase if you want results just property are the agents to go to .
Sold at the asking price to the first viewers through the door .

In a fairly slow market Just sold my property and more importantly the process after the offer from Ashley was brilliant.
