A great experience.
The mirror we chose was not in stock, however this was clearly explained on the website (unlike many others where you only find out after payment) and the option to pay a 50% deposit, with the remainder payable once the item was back in stock, was appreciated. The balance was taken automatically and the mirror arrived shortly there after. Great service. Thanks.

Many thanks for your review and I'm glad to hear that you are pleased with the product, price and delivery service. We try to price our items as fairly as possible and, whilst we do offer free delivery on more expensive items of furniture, we think it is fair to charge a small fee for delivery of accessories (which is actually less than it costs us). This seems a fairer, more transparent way to charge for these items as opposed to just adding the equivalent of the delivery charge onto the price of products.

Dear Terri,
Thank you for your review and I am very sorry to learn that the glass light you ordered arrived so badly damaged.
While I hope you will agree that the light was very well packed, there is always a risk in sending this type of fragile item by courier, particularly when sending from the UK to the USA as in this case. We use Fedex for this type of delivery and they are normally very good, but inevitably items occasionally get damaged in transit however carefully we pack them.
We will of course arrange a full refund once we are back tomorrow after the weekend and will send confirmation once this has been processed.
I can understand your disappointment on receiving the light so badly damaged and your review obviously reflects this. I hope though that you have been happy with the service you received from my staff initially in dealing with your order and in our response to you.
