Terrible customer service
Mis-sold the contract in the first place.
Was told like for like and nothing like what we had previously.
Internet speed shocking and not what was documented in the contract - offered to send an engineer at a cost to us or pay them more money for higher speeds, despite not getting the min speeds agreed at sale!

We changed over to La comms last year. After speaking with Mark Terry he advised us what would suit our business and even came to our sites to check that everything he said would work well for us. Whenever we have an issue that we can not fix ourselves, they are always quick to help either advise us on what to do or to send an engineer round to look into the issue for us. Would highly recommend them to any business. Superb customer service and all around helpful bunch!

I would definitely Recommend The remarkable team of Mark Terry, Adam Ellison (MD), and Jack from La Comms did an outstanding job from the beginning to the end of purchasing and installing our new cost-effective telephone system (3CX). The process was seamless and on time, and Damian efficiently installed and set up all the users without any issues. The team definitely exceeded our expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services.

Absolute waste of time.Please avoid at all costs.Massive mistake signing on with them again as they now say I entered a five year contract which I did not think was allowed.They have threatened me with suspension of services and debt collectors over a £51 bond they are adamant I have to pay.I just don't want this to happen to any other company, especially a small one who can be dominated like ours.This is my opinion. Please,please avoid !!!!!

You ( L.A. comms ) have now responded to this 12/12/2024 6.5 months later which says it all.
We did not want to carry on with you , we wanted to leave but as we are in a contract and we would have to pay a fortune to get out of it so we can't.
You've tried putting a smart reply to paper over the cracks but it won't work. If I could possibly avoid dealing with you I would. Wish I'd never been involved with you and totally regret signing that contract. At least other People / Companies will have the chance to read this and give you a wide birth. Pathetic late and misleading response ( I'm angry ) !!!

They've looked after our company telephones and broadband for the last few years and they are head and shoulders above our previous provider BT. We've had very few issues but whenever we've needed them they have been extremely easy to contact, quick to respond and have dealt with any issue professionally. A breath of fresh air in these days!!! We would strongly recommend without hesitation.
