Definitely Recommend!
We are two years into our contract with LA Comms and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. We've had the initial set up, a move of premises, problems with another ISP, additional handsets, mobile phones - LA Comms have taken everything we've thrown at them and sorted everything for us!

The company is there if you need them in a click of a button
The experience is great because the company is always there for you when you do have a problem and I am with them for 4 years now in all my Retail stores. Very helpful customer service team and the sales people are very good to help you.

What a great change to have firstly a company that answer their phone within a few rings, direct you to the relevant contact, listen to your request and act upon your problem. LA Coms installed our phone system a few years ago and their support has been invaluable especially recently with our transfer over from a leading internet company. Makes a real change to talk to REAL people!

Straight forward service
First rate service. If you have a problem you get to speak to a person without being on hold for hours. They will then either solve your issue or send someone that will and all at very competative prices.

Outstanding service
Outstanding service, nothing is too much hassle and always at the end of the phone when needed.
Our old provider led us to believe our connections were out of date, constantly let us down, blaming other 3rd parties and never fixing the issue. We had nothing but complaints from customers regarding our internet connection.
LA Comms have proven this was never the case, just bad service from our old provider.
We have been with La Comms for over 2 years now, our internet connection is the best it’s ever been & we can now provide a professional service as a business!
