I ordered a custom painting on March 3, 2023 for the amount of £200 under order# 13045 and never received the order. 7 email follow ups but no response. I gave up chasing after that….

Buyer Beware - Order Never Received

Ordered and paid for a custom commission from this artist in April 2023…it is April 2024 and I have yet to receive my drawing or any response in communication after attempting to email her, direct message and publicly comment on her social media posts. This artist will delete any comment that questions your order status yet constantly advertises that she has custom slots and products available. While the work she has shared online is beautiful, I would highly advise against purchasing anything from this vendor as she is someone who seems to capitalize off of other people’s grief and paints a picture of an empathetic artist who fails to deliver on her confirmed purchases. I gave her some grace and assumed she was overwhelmed with orders and knew a custom commission would take time…but the time to dispute this with my credit card company has passed and I have given up hope of ever receiving my purchase. Realistically, if this is the work ethic and character of the artist, it has already lost its appeal to me and I am just here just to inform others who are considering it.

Just....NO

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a print from her over a month ago, received an order confirmation email, with an order number, and an estimated ship time of 5-7 business days. I waited several weeks before even trying to contact her, given she is in the UK and I am in the US, I wanted to give some grace. I started with a simple email asking for a shipping update...no response. I then sent her a message on instagram...no response. Then I tried a facebook message...no response. Then I sent another email....again no response. Then I started leaving comments on her posts with my experience...still nothing. At this point I am skeptical if this is even a real person. I am in the process of filing a dispute with the credit card company to void the payment. Anyone who takes advantage of and scams people who are presumably in a time of grief deserves a special seat in h-e-l-l.

It seems that Jess is a narcissist who loves to wield power over who she scams and who she actually delivers beautiful artwork to. I have been on both sides. I ordered a custom painting of my beautiful Ella, which she still has up on her Instagram page. It really is a wonderful piece so when she let it be known that she was opening her last ever custom spots I hurriedly paid the $408 ( I’m in Australia ) for a custom painting of my dog, Gracie. I received a confirmation email with a receipt and an order number in August 2023. I have made multiple attempts to contact this woman on all social media platforms including instagram, facebook, email and WhatsApp. Nothing. Radio silence. I am so very very sad to have received both sides of this person’s persona. I am an expat and I used to live very close to where Jess is registered and I still have many friends and family there. I plan on visiting the UK next year and I hope that this is resolved soon. If I hear nothing from her soon I will be looking at all possible legal avenues.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. My little dog died in June 2022 and I was devastated. Came across Ladybug Art and paid for a picture of my boy. That was in mid 2022. The artist took my money and has never provided the art. In the second half of last year I wrote to her to say I would report her to consumer affairs in the UK. At least this provoked a response. The response was that she had done the piece and would send it. I asked for photo of the piece. She said it would be sent the next day. Obviously that never showed up either.
This artist takes advantage of people when they are incredibly vulnerable and has done absolutely nothing for me but make an awful time worse. Still kept my money, no apology, no more promises that the work has been completed, nothing.
It truly makes my skin crawl every time I read of this woman, absolutely disgraceful.

Highly recommend!

I’ve ordered from ladybug art quite a few times now and I highly recommend! From the prints to the sketches they are great quality and just lovely. You can see a lot of time & effort has gone into the drawings. Great customer service and fast shipping. Never had any issues. I’ll be ordering something new again soon!

Have purchased from this artist…

Have purchased from this artist multiple times. The pieces are beautiful and have meant so much to myself, my partner, and those we have gifted them to after losing a beloved pet. Everything arrived in a timely fashion. I think some need to remember they are purchasing handmade artwork from a sole person who is managing creating, taking orders, packing and shipping(in many cases, including mine, internationally). This isn't Amazon, have realistic expectations. Her prices are more than reasonable, and I love the little personal touches included with each order. She has a real gift.

Beautiful work

Beautiful work, highly recommended especially any of the pet loss or animal rescue pictures. I ordered a picture I'd wanted for quite a while and pocket full of grief. I was very kindly sent an extra print and a bracelet. Fab service, treat yourself, there's many more I want. Super talented lady.

Over the moon with purchases.

Bought a print, pin badge and book (Pocket Full of Grief) from online shop, took a little while to arrive but the artist is very transparent on social media when there is a delay so I didn’t mind the wait. I love all of the items - they really have brought me comfort in my darkest times. The artist put a free little rubber bracelet in with my delivery and I haven’t been able to take it off, thank you so much for all you do.

A pocket full of grief. En fin bok med fina texter om sorgen efter ett älskat djur.
Köpte även ett silikon armband, one size fits all, med texten "I wish you were here"
Detta var ganska stort på min smala handled.
Men ett varningens finger, man måste betala tullavgift.
Lång leveranstid.
