Bought a pair of classic black Lee…
Bought a pair of classic black Lee Raider (not pre-weared), after 1,5 years of normal wear they ripped ~2cm in the crotch (fabric, not seam). I am not an agile guy so I have not done anything near a split. The overall wear in the crotch (or anywhere) is not much, barely any color fade or thin fabric and I have washed them maybe 10 times since I bought them, mostly used them in office. I expect a quality brand to hold for at minimum 4-5 years of normal use (the whole idea of using jeans in my opinion). Therefore I do not qualify Lee as quality any more unfortunately.
What a scam!!!
I ordered shorts for my boyfriend. He has size 34 shorts from MANY different brands. All fit just fine. But When we receive the size 34 shorts from Lee they are tiny. Frankly they looked like a kids size shorts so I asked to exchange them for a larger size. They refused to make an exchange. Instead they gave me a refund minus $7.99. Why should I be punished and lose money because their sizing is incorrect? I will NEVER buy another product from them. And their customer service agent was impossible to understand. Her English amounted to about 20 unintelligible words. I am totally disgusted with my experience with Lee
Badly inconsistent sizing, rude and unintelligible service agents
First, customer service was unable to advise on different Fit designations. Ordered from website anyway, 2 slightly different styles, same size. "Regular" fit great. "Relaxed" was actually several inches tighter, and when returned, the replacement was even tighter! Customer service had inaccurate records, misrepresented fit categories and argued endlessly, misunderstanding the issue and putting blame on customer.
They cancelled my order without notifying me
They cancelled my order without letting me know. Had to track my order to learn they cancelled it.
I'll check my credit card to confirm I was credited the total amount. If not I'll post here again with an update.
I will not order from them again. Buyer beware.
Bait & Switch - on BOGO
Bait & switch on the BOGO. They are not being managed at all anymore. They are offering fake discounts. They will cancel the discounted part of your order and charge you full price plus shipping. They cheat the public and take your money and you can't do anything.
Poor quality
It's the second time I bought black Lee Jeans online and received poorly tailored products. On one pair, the zip is protruding all the time, because the seem is wonky, on the other, the inside bottom corner of the rear pockets pull holes in the fabric on which they are sued. The previous order contained jeans that were made of very thin fabric, with the same issue at the pockets. Sorry, I'm not prepared to pay top-range prices for bottom-range products anymore.
Placed order on Oct 12
Placed order on Oct 12. It is now Nov 3 and the order still has not shipped. This was supposed to be a birthday gift. Called customer service, and they say they are unable to cancel my order, even though it hasn’t been processed yet. I asked to speak to management, and they said they would call me back. I never received a return call. This is completely unacceptable. I will never order from Lee Jeans again.
Ordering problem
I really like lee jeans. But this is a problem. I placed my order on Oct 3. It is now Oct 24 2023 and my order has not shipped. The website noted that they were having delays. I have sent several emails through customer service. At this point I would like to be given the option to cancel my order because I don't trust the process anymore or AT LEAST some kind of real communication about what is going on.

Placed an order over a week ago and still have not shipped. The web site indicated that processing would take 2 days before shipping. It’s been 5x that and still no shipping. Shocked that management would allow these time frames to exist. Have they ever heard of buyers remorse or the marketing facts that long shipping time only frustrates customers to seek other vendors. This company will not be around long.

Don’t even have the jeans yet
I bought a pair of jeans nearly 3 weeks ago and they still haven’t shipped. I never got a confirmation email when I bought them—had to call and chase them for the order number. I’ve called four times since to check on the shipping status and they just keep telling me “it should ship by [insert day]” and then of course it doesn’t. This last time I called they gave me a promo code for another purchase. Like I will ever purchase from them again, lol. SHIP MY FRIGGIN JEANS ALREADY

Ordered 2 pr shorts. 2 days later 1 pr of order was canceled, no explanation. No out of stock etc, I called and that's what they told me. Shipping is ridiculously slow.

To the managers of Lee. I have been buying only Lee extreme comfort and performance shorts and pants think they are great.One big disappointment is the cheap zippers and pull tab is getting almost to small to grab shame whoever did this
Beware
The women's jeans I ordered were not at all as pictured on the website. No return label was sent. I called to ask for one and was told FED EX would print one out for me. They do not print return labels. I wasted 88.00. I donated the jeans. Will never buy from Lee again
Lee Jeans - Garbage products and Garbage customer service
Bought 4 pairs of khaki pants online and they were all so poorly made that I knew I had to return them. They charged me 7$ to return their garbage products. They were not flexible on the return method. It had to be fedex. I tried to complain to customer service and they were rude and overall just made the situation worse. I would give zero stars if I could. Never shopping lee again and I do not recommend!!!

Never Again
Less than 6 months ago I bought 2 pair of jeans. I had been purchasing Lee jeans for years so I had no problem ordering again. It's now March and one pair has holes developing at the inside top of both back pockets and the other has a hole at the same location at the right back pocket and on of the back left belt loops has broken. I've always enjoyed and gotten great use of of their product but now I'll never purchase them again'

For years I have worn LEE but after today we will part ways.On 12-07-22 I ordered two pair of jeans using all the discount and free shipping if ordered before the next day.They billed my card the next day.(problem #1).I received the product didn’t like them and returned the next day, FedEx shows Lee received on 12-17-22 Lee sent a email on 1-12-23 saying they just received and are going to credit my card but they don’t want to do the correct amount,
(Problem #2) they claim they don’t refund shipping but there wasn’t supposed to be any,I had ordered in time.when I called they didn’t really care so I told them if this is how they want to treat a 25 year + customer then I don’t want nothing else to do with them. I know it’s less than $10 but it’s the fact they would rather loose a longtime customer than make it right
