When placed order ordered wrong size tried to change doesn't let you then call and they state order has processed and you can't change order hasn't shipped tryed to cancel stated they have to ship and then you have to ship back this is not right!

I ordered the Relaxed Fit Fleece Lined…

I ordered the Relaxed Fit Fleece Lined Jeans in black, and when I first put them on thought, how soft and comfortable! But just bending over slightly they fall off my backside. And sitting down, forget it, they are halfway down my behind. I have some Lee jean shorts in the same size that don't do that at all. I normally wear a 12, but the size chart put my waist as the top end of a 14, so I ordered that. I am disappointed that I have to pay shipping to return them when the cut does not seem to be for women. It is really weirdly off. Not a size issue, but a structure issue. Also ordered the Sherpa Lined Long Rider Jacket. Normally a large is what I take in Women's, but this seems like an XL or XXL. But the sleeves are short for XL. I really wouldn't know what size would fit. Quality of materials in both items is good, but cut / sizing cannot be trusted. Regretfully need to return both.

Good resolution.

Lee Jeans resolved my issue of " a very long time to wait", regarding delivery, in very short time. Less than 24 hours in fact. A good outcome. Thanks Lee Jeans team.

Horrible Customer Service

I placed a order with Lee on 5:20 PST pm on a Thursday. Immediately, I realized that I had made a mistake. I called immediately, but their customer service was closed for the day. So I woke up early (I'm on the West Coast) and called right away, very early in the morning. A service agent said that, because I failed to call back within a two-hour window, I could not change the order and be issued an exchange or a refund. She also told me there was no supervisor who could help me. Dealing with this agent was like deal with an automated non-person. She couldn't even acknowledge my frustration. This company is not customer oriented and I will never, ever deal with them again.

I bought a pair of pants that did not fit. I returned them on December 29th per their instructions. It is now January 22 and I still have not received a refund. I called customer service and received no help. I will never shop here again.

WARNING!!!!

WARNING!!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! I order two pairs of slacks and one pair of jeans in order to get free shipping. The next morning, the two pairs of pants were cancelled because they did not have them in stock. Several days later, the items they DO NOT HAVE IN STOCK are still showing up as available on their site!!! I requested to cancel the WHOLE order and refund my account. I was told there was a 2 hr window to cancel orders. It took them 5 minutes to take the money out of my account! Catching hell with this company. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! Spoke with a rep this morning and was told the order was "being prepared" to be shipped! If the order has not been shipped yet, there should not be a problem with cancelling the order??? I am now on the phone with my credit card company trying to cancel the transaction. Even if I have to pay for STOP PAYMENT, I will!!!

Lee.com Horrible Return policy

Horrible customer service.
Lees sent me a sweatshirt instead of 2 pairs of jeans. After an hour on the phone, all they could do is refund me my money after I print out the fed ex label they emailed me and return the item they sent me by mistake because, they are unable to send me the jeans I ordered because they don’t have any in their “free stock”. The only way they can guarantee before Christmas delivery is for me to re-purchase them and they can give me free shipping, yes… they are in stock for purchasing but not in stock to send me what I’ve already purchased. Oh, but they did offer free shipping, shame on you Lee.com.

I have to give Lee 5 stars!

I have to give Lee 5 stars for their fabulous Flex Motion jeans! They're so comfortable I can't believe it! I just ordered 2 more pairs. Better than leggings for me, anyway. So stretchy and comfortable I can do anything in them and yet because they're more substantial they hold in the flabby stuff that needs control. Some of you know what I mean! The size 10 short fit me perfectly. If I had one suggestion it would be to make jeans like these that go to the waist, not below. This way everything gets tucked in!

I've never had to deal with customer service so no comments there. Ordering online is a breeze.

Please Lee gods: don't change these jeans except to make them high rise!

I ordered ( from the Lee Jeans online store) 2 pairs of WOMEN’S ORIGINAL RELAXED FIT STRAIGHT LEG JEANS in a petite size recently. The fit was so perfect, the fabric is amazing and I also received them within a few days! I ended up ordering 2 more pairs but different shades of blue Jean colors. They are the nicest jeans I’ve had in a long time. They were also on sale! I would have expected to pay a lot more for this quality of denim jeans! Thank you Lee Jeans!

I used to be a Fan

Let me start with the fact that I am a long time huge fan of Lee brand. When I say long time, I mean literally my entire life. My Grandmother's name was Lee and I'm pretty sure she was the reason I have always worn Lee brand pants, jeans, shorts, etc. With that out of the way establishing that I in no way have a grudge or bone to pick with the company, let me say that I am completely disenfranchised with Lee website. I have tried numerous times to order shorts and every single time, the order gets dropped on Lee's side. It has just become depressing. The 1st time I called the customer service line and, after around 45 minutes on hold, decided to leave a message. Within the next day or 2 I was contacted by a very polite and friendly associate. She was very helpful and sent me a promo code to re-order. She also said that the dropped (cancelled) order was due to a known glitch that had since been fixed and I should be good to go. That was the last friendly associate I have spoken with. Everyone since has been a complete D-B that sounds like they would rather be in a dimly lit back room MMA fight. I have tried to order several times by now and have no way of knowing if it was cancelled without calling and facing the wrath of Lee "support". Lee, you really need to get your website, inventory management, shipping, and support all on the same page. I would love a heads up once that has been taken care of.

Dont buy from Lee jeans they get orders…

Dont buy from Lee jeans they get orders wrong then take 6-8 weeks to do refund. Then if order is lost in mail they tell you refund 14 days but then tell you 6-8 weeks for refund after waiting month to receive they hold your money 3 months before doing refund. Im still waiting for refund from May purchase

called customer service to tell them my jeans that I probably wore total of 10 times had split down the butt-at work,just moving naturally,not tight ,loose in fact and they said they dont replace anything over a year. Quality has really gone down with LEE and I will never purchase again.

Terrible black friday experience

I finally found some awesome coveralls for a decent price, and Lee also claims to have a black friday promo for 25% off. Everything I tried with the promo code said not applied but wouldn't say why. I couldn't find any information on exclusions, and I attempted to chat support, but the chat support is a bot that has literally zero learning capabilities because it just keep serving up a menu that didn't even have my question on it. At the end I attempted to reach an agent, and after all that it said no agents available. Garbage. I will spend my money elsewhere.
