Ordering is very easy
Ordering is very easy. Delivery was quick. I have not used any yet this year. I’m hoping they are a better quality than the last lot I ordered, they didn’t last very long at all!! Definitely not over night. They did give off a good heat, but did not last long.

Only issue for 2 expected delivery slots DPD could not be bothered to drive a mile out of the village up our lane so we had to wait for one of the drivers who was not bothered about coming up a country lane

Ordered on the afternoon received next morning.
I made my order on the afternoon and it was delivered the next morning, not yet tried the starters or night bricks but if they're anything like the delivery they'll be good.

Never without night briquettes
My order for four packs of night briquettes arrived in just a few days. This is such a good product. One briquette in our wood burner lasts through the night and when I open up the vents in the morning and add a log, off it goes. The room is warm, and so is the bedroom above. We’re all set for winter.

I ordered nearly two weeks ago and…
I ordered nearly two weeks ago and haven’t received my order.
I didn’t get an apology, I got told to make a decision on the options they gave me, I was angry at this and they did not understand my frustration.
I have asked for a refund and the communication is non existent, wait wait wait and then snappy when the customer is disappointed.
Absolutely awful service, they were quick to take the money but useless in delivering and communication, I had to chase them.
Shop local, don’t use these people/company.

We understand how upsetting delays are, especially when compounded by a typographical error regarding our restock dates. While our team attempted to present options to split your shipment or cancel the order, we clearly fell short of delivering the smooth, attentive service you expected.
To answer your question directly regarding your funds: your full refund was successfully issued on Friday, 11 September. Because standard banking networks do not process transfers over the weekend, the funds typically take 3 to 5 business days to clear back onto your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it should appear in your account within the next couple of business days.

Product absolutely spot on. Delivery was worst ever.
I took day off work to ensure in house for delivery which never arrived. Even worse, driver took photo of a different house to compound his lie that i wasnt in.
Next, promised delivery on the Sunday. This never arrived after i had waited in all day.
Will not be ordering again!
