Letting a property are a very easy company to deal with. Casey, my tenancy manager is always on hand with answers to any questions or queries I have and always reply’s promptly. She’s very polite and knowledgeable and she gets things done.

I would like to thank Casey and team at letting a property for all there help and advice. I was the tenant and when I had issues with my landlord and how he wanted things done in regards to selling the flat while I still had 6 months left of my fixed two year lease I wasn’t sure or where I stood and what my rights where.
So I called dreading the phone call but Casey and her colleague where very helpful and fair to my self and the landlord and inform me of what my rights where and that I didnt have to comply with the landlord’s unreasonable requests. That lifted a great burden from my shoulders as it gave me time to work out where I was going with every thing. Casey has always just been a call away and been very helpful and understanding of a challenging situation. Iv now moved out of the property and got a full deposit refund. If I’m every looking to rent again and letting a property has some thing that suits my needs il be more than happy to take it knowing I’m treated fairly and informed of my rights a renter and it’s not as the landlord was trying to paint it all on his terms.

Abigail is highly expert in this lettings field, she is very knowledgeable and covers the entire UK.
I sincerely think whoever who wants to let out their property, she is the 1st to go person. She knows the market so well that I am sure she will get the right tenant in at the best rental rate for you.
Abigail is a rare find. Not just so of her capability, also her personality is top notch, a valuable asset.

I had very very much disappointed experience as a potential tenant. I initially explained my situation to a landlord. I repeated all details on the phone to an agent on the phone. I processed the reference check successfully. Everything was OK. We agreed with landlord. The agency sent me the contract but they mistakenly included my husband who does not live in the uk permanently as a joint tenant. At the moment of signature it was me who pointed out that my husband should not sign and should be removed from the agreement. The agreement was signed by the landlord and me , we paid the amount requested by Casey. I paid also insurance coverage as it was proposed. The next day the agency accused me to be dishonest and they canceled the agreement. Nobody talked to me even I called and required to clarify the situation. I provided all documents regarding my husband work situation in France, his French passport but the agency subjectively decided that he is potentially illegal immigrant which it is absolutely ridiculous. They refused me as a tenant without legal grounds. I spent one week uselessly, efforts and money. It is scandalous service for tenants.

LAP have stolen hundreds of pounds from my by pretending to be a letting agent, charging astronomical prices and then complately ignoring me when my tenants reported mice in my property. For 6 weeks I chased after initially being told by Ethan ‘don’t worry, I’m on it’ and was completely ignored. There were no responses and no updates on the portal. Finally someone came to my flat and again I had to chase/ask my tenants for updates. LAP did not communicate anything with me, I was managing my upset tenants myself. Everybody at LAP is incompetent and none of them care about the service they promised. They are almost impossible to get in touch with and when you finally do get in touch and send the evidence of how badly you’ve been treated they close ranks and tell you nothing will be done about it. The situation with the mice is still ongoing and once again I had to ask my tenants what was happening as LAP didn’t follow up or communicate anything to me. I asked Helen for a refund for the 2 months they ignored me and my tenants, despite me being on their ‘comprehensive package’ at £185 a month and the MD Jonathan has told me ‘before he goes off on holiday’ that I won’t be being refunded and he’s sorry ‘I’m frustrated.’ This is not apology, there is no accountability, they have happily taken my money and won’t give it back. They say they offered me a service - what service? How is ignoring your customers when they have rodents in the property a service? I feel humiliated and scammed. I don’t believe they’ve even bothered to read the email chain where I was repeatedly asking for updates and help. Even my tenants, who can see how bad the company are (this isn’t even my only complaint, it’s the final straw after a terrible year and the worst service I’ve ever received in my life) feel sorry for me and feel that LAP have taken advantage of me. Please avoid these people, they are cowboys, you would be better to keep your money and manage your property yourself, which you will end up doing anyway. Appalling, they should all be ashamed.
Update 05 July 2025. You will see that the MD has replied below. He is lying. LAP did not fix my extractor fan or shower and I have a chain of unanswered emails where I chased Ethan repeatedly and he did not respond at all, let alone ‘remain responsive.’ Helen even admitted on a call to me by weakly saying ‘yeahhh’ when I told her how Ethan had ignored me and had sent her the emails. Originally Helen blamed my tenants being on holiday (6 weeks after the rodent complaint was lodged) and below Jonathan blames me being ignored on a contractor, but in fact it was LAP, Ethan and others I had copied into my emails chasing for help (including Jonathan himself!) who were responsible for these multiple failures. This company has zero integrity. It is also misleading to say they refunded my re-advertising fee. My property was never actually re-advertised because I decided not to re-advertise, so I was refunded because I never went ahead with that service. The drainage situation was also an absolute mess but at least at the time they were accountable for how terrible their service had been. Unbelievable service - but to lie as well. Appalling.

Very helpful personable service always available to talk to on the phone rather than endless emailing or chat botting.
Special thanks to Abby who very patiently ‘nursed’ me through the whole process from start to finish & updated me whenever necessary. I will use this company from now on for all our letting requirements & highly recommend them over far more expensive Estate Agents

Kelsey and her team have been amazing. Have been really proactive, they helped troubleshoot any issues that have comes up and offered me some great advise on areas where I've been uncertain. Its been great as its been at a fraction of the cost of using a high street estate agent.
