Not Brass
The lamp is of good quality, but the "aged brass" finial and spider are actually made of brushed nickel.

Really pleased with the light
We bought this pendant light for our new gazebo and it looks great! It was delivered promptly and our electrician had no trouble installing it. It was on the expensive side but we had particular requirements and it fitted the bill.

Order no 7474 has been delayed because…
Order no 7474 has been delayed because of supply issues. However this wasn’t made clear before I ordered. On 6th April received an email to say it was dispatched for delivery but no other notification as of today the 10th and we have still not received the order. Very frustrating experience.

Morning Bridge, sorry to hear your are not happy with our service. Unfortunately products do go out of stock without we knowing time to time. We emailed you the following day with delivery of mid-April and the option to cancel if you you could not wait. Your order was dispatched on the 6th on a next working day service due to the 4 day bank holiday you will not receive it until Tuesday. (Today)
