If I could give no stars I would. Poor business, ordered a fleece jacket over a month ago, tracking says it’s at a delivery service in selby and has done so for the last 10 days. Feeling confident I won’t ever receive this order and I’ve wasted money. I have had contact with the company, email replies are poorly written, so far from professional. They keep fibbing me off saying there have been delays with shipping, I ordered from this company as google says the shop is in the uk but item was shipped from China. Absolutely disgusting in this day and age, what should have been a treat for myself buying a winter jacket has left me out of pocket. Disgraceful “company”. Avoid at all costs

They are scammers. The products are of horrible quality—cheap, flimsy, and nothing like what they advertise. To make matters worse, returning the items is next to impossible. The customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, ignoring requests for returns. I had to wait whole month for my parcel to be delivered.
I deeply regret not reading reviews before ordering. Save yourself the frustration and money—stay far away from this company!

Terrible company if you can call them that. Most likely scammers and need to be exposed!! Such a shame these people have to ruin other people's lives as there's something missing from their own life. The four star reviews will have been written by themselves.

Like previous reviews state DO NOT get sucked in by Instagram or Facebook adverts like i did!! This company is nothing but a scam.
Firstly, they state on their website that they are a UK based company and everything is posted by the Royal Mail!! LIES!! My took weeks to come and then arrived from China! Absolutely awful quality and NOTHING like the advert showed! Emailed for a refund and surprise, surprise no reply!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! AWFUL COMPANY!!

This company are an absolute scam they take your money and don’t deliver the items ordered. They falsely advertise products with a no refund on sale items policy when everything on there website is always in the sale, they wrongly advertise that they dispatch the next day (what a load of crap that is) I ordered a teddy coat on the 20th November and still not received any notification of it evan being dispatched nearly 11 days later despite reaching out and emailing them with the only response from them being “your item is on the way” yet when you check tracking it still says “pending”…not holding out much hope of even receiving this item. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

Excitement to disappointment asap
What ever you do don’t get sucked in to an instagram marketing page regarding this so say company. They advertise what looks like a decent teddy fleece jacket however it’s a disappointment when it arrives. The quality is ridiculously poor and the zip is so challenging to do up and get down. And I waited nearly 4 weeks for it to arrive.
