Poor communication, advertised 48 hr delivery but is not.

Item not received, ignores email for over a week, they were spurred to respond only when paypal case esclated.

The response was a tracking number witht no courier information. When pressed they just respond with the generic image saying it has been delivered making no effort to rectify the problem.

Currently in dispute with paypal but waste of my time and energy

Update: They contacted the courier eventually and rearranged delivery I now have my item

Do not use this company. They do not send the products, the courier team they use are usless to get hold of and there contact number is always turned off. Rubbish

Placed order over 10 days ago still no update. Tried calling them more than 30 times now no answer. Is this a real website ?

Edit, order did finally arrive, but no comms whatsoever. I just hope the product is as described and safe to use.

I have ordered 3 times. The first and third parcel arrived very quickly. The second parcel took a couple of weeks, the fault was with the courier. However it did arrive all good and I am super happy with what I received. I really appreciate this service that Jamie is providing, the products are pretty hard to find else where. I have started making herbal tinctures for my own health and healing journey, and maybe will try limoncello. I will be re ordering even though there was a courier issue this service from Jamie is precious. Thank you :)

Fast delivery was struggling to find a site that does food grade ethanol, good product, good price very happy with my orders shall be coming back again and again.

They had a glitch due to which there was a considerable delay but they more than made up for it, I'm one very happy customer.

Order took longer to arrive than expected due to courier damaging the parcel. Was kept informed throughout the process and a new bottle was sent out immediately. Would order again!

The use of the website is easy to use and making an order, there was a delay in delivery but Jamie sent me an Email explaining the reasons why and offered me a full refund on the delivery cost, this is the best customer service I've coming across in a long time. I will be coming back to do lots more orders again.

Very happy. First order took some time to reach me, which was probably not the sellers fault, probably got stuck at customs or something, difficult to tell as they don't do customer service, lol. Next order arrived swiftly. I can overlook the lack of customer support because they are providing a very hard to find product. I like to make quality herbal tinctures and extracts, and limoncello which wouldn't be possible without Liquidessences.

The product that I ordered arrived fast and in perfect condition. Proper food grade ethanol is not that easy to find online, so good service is extra appreciated.

I ordered Everclear it arrived by Hermes courier it was well packaged with the bottle placed in a protective crush proof sleeve within a stout discreet cardboard box.
