Delivery as expected product as advertised.

Delivery was really fast and exactly what was advertised

Ordered a bottle of Everclear grain alcohol on Saturday, it arrived on Monday. Shipped in a protective bag within a box. Product was exactly as expected. No cause for complaint, 5 stars.

Been ordering from some time now. Never had any trouble with ordering. Packaging is good and in a protective air bag. Good quality service highly recommended

I recently ordered from this site and had an issue with my delivery address, customer service responded very quickly, due to not being able to resolve the issue they very kindly sent me out a replacement for free. I will definitely be a returning customer.

Ordered from this company, apparently they tried to deliver 3 times which is wrong as we were on the premises every occasion. Numerous emails sent, phone always off and messages not responded to. No refund received, no goods received, no correspondence. Disgusted

Ordered back in january, still no products. The tracking number I was provided just shows that it was in their (hermes) sorting depot. I've had emails with a guy called jamie who said they have had issues with there courier service (hermes). He sent me a new tracking number and items out again but the same thing has happend and now the liquid essence crew have gone afk and I honestly feel I have been duped, all I want is a refund and they cant even answer my emails FML

Ordered on the 10th Jan, still no item a month later and after 3 emails I fear I will not get my product. Trying to get my money back through PayPal now.

This company appears to be a scam, I order 1L of ethanol. I am yet to recieve my order and they haven't responded to any of my emails.

Avoid.Scam, unless you go thru your card provider , you want get your product or money back. Avoid.

I ordered 2x 5ltr of Food Grade non denatured Ethanol 95% on 13/01/2022 for a £171, I paid £20.56 for 3 day delivery one week later I have not recieved the Ethanol and after emailing their sales department I have recieved no answer.

I am left feeling this is a scam, that this site is a fraud.

BEWARE : THIS COMPANY APPEARS TO BE A FRAUD.

UPDATE: I had to use Paypal Dispute service to get my money back, even when Paypal tried to contact these fraudsters they remained incommunicado...

Be aware that the good reviews here are probably fraudulent also...
