Liquid Friday Avis 

Initially it was a nightmare trying to sort everything out. Talking to different people. I eventually spoke to a lovely gentleman who answered all my questions and put me at ease.

They Don’t pay and do not answer phone. When the phone is answered, they say someone will call back and nobody does
I had confirmation from agency that I would be paid and they didn’t know why
I was on holiday last week, I was expecting to be paid and wasn’t and left stressed

I have still have had no contact this week from them, agency saying I’ll be paid but can’t say for sure

From the look of the reviews they are not paying people, I’m strongly thinking of reporting them to the FCA
If I do not have my pay this Friday which is a week late and a ruined holiday

The communication is terrible and not sure why these big companies using them

Horrible company, I've been all day trying to get paid, I've called them 5 times plus an email but still nothing and every time I talk to them they seem not to care, now I'm thinking about leaving my job just to get rid of them.

Today I had one of the best experiences I've had when dealing with a payroll firm . Over the years Ive dealt with a good few and spoke with numerous different people . Today I was helped and treated with the up most respect and manners , liquid Friday you need to know that one of your workers by the name of MART IS A SPECIAL ONE AND NEEDS TO BE KEPT AND ALLOWED TO excel as he will only be a massive asset to yourself any firm blessed to have him working for them . Thank you mart for your help and amazing guidance through the maze of information you made so easy and quick . Take the best of care and just continue to be you more of you is needed believe me.

Once you can get through staff really helpful

The automated onboarding failed so ended up calling to setup the basics. Systems seem old and clunky often resulting in a fail loop. The first line call staff (Lovely people I am sure) have little to no access, so expect to be put on hold while they ask someone else.

No customer service
I'm trying to get in contact but nobody answered. 20 calls and no response.

Only just signed up but so far the service provided has been spot on. I had a few problems with the tech side but the customer support team helped every step of the way.

Great friendly staff explained everything perfectly. And feel really safe knowing they are in control. Quick and easy set up .

The fact that nobody wanted to answer the phone and then having them lie claiming they had been trying to call me even though they clearly hadn’t. The worst payroll company I have ever had the displeasure of being paid by. Plus I didn’t get paid until around 1800 which in this day and age and with the technology we use is absolutely unacceptable
