Seeking urgent assistance re Unpaid Wages – Total Radio Silence & Portal Lockout
Update: I was texted at 5.10pm on 10.07.26 to say my wages would be in my account within the hour which it was.
I was due to be paid yesterday (09.07.26). My recruitment agency confirmed today that they had transferred my funds to Liquid Friday so Liquid Friday is currently holding my money. I have been calling and emailing since 9:00 AM. The phone lines just ring out for 7 minutes before forcing you to voicemail. WhatsApp messages are being completely ignored, and now the mobile app is saying my password is not recognised, locking me out of my account entirely. This is completely unacceptable. Holding a contractor's wages over the weekend with zero communication is a breach of trust. I have copied my agency director into my formal complaint and will be escalating this directly to the FCSA and the Employment Agency Standards Inspectorate (EASI) if this is not resolved before 5:00 PM today.
Fix your system and pay me!!

Not easily accessible
Receiving information about my wage before it goes into my bank is brilliant because it allows me to make better financial plans.
However other perks and offers have not been accessible.

Its supposed to make life easier but that's not the reality.

Stay clear. POOR reliability
Did some work for adkins and cherfui agency. Never got paid was on phone between both trying to sort it out. The administrator at liquid friday said it was too late and thier was nothing she could do. Stay clear !!! Cloudy liquid and in today's digital age it's too late on a Friday!
I have now been paid but am still trying to get my travel expenses, a form has been sent to claim only half the agreed amount!. Spent an hour of my afternoon chasing up others errors! I was charged for this LIQUID service! I should charge them for my time. The first girl was antagonising that I spoke to, couldn't help as its Friday! Hopefully by the end of Monday after submitting a receipt I'll get my agreed travel allowance!
