Support works well. Even though this problem was recurring, support resolved it. And they even added a button to make this problem easier. Support really cares about the user, and the website shows this.

Was fine now very much the opposite
Initially very impressed but it all seemed to go wrong a few months ago and since then the level of support has been very poor, takes days to answer and doesn't deal with the issue, no escalation route when things go wrong and they simply drag things on hoping you'll give up. Must be said very low cost but despite recognising this and offering to pay more for improved service nothing was forthcoming, very disappointed.

This is a horrible service
This is a horrible service. The servers are dead slow, the customer service takes several hours to reply to a simple request. They claimed there is a Germany server but when I requested they said there is no capacity left on that server! and need to wait for 14 days..
From any angle that I look, this does not worth money
