Reported months ago that I was having issues set up a ticket and was supposed to receive a phone call about the solutions in 2 business days. It’s been 3 months with the same problem and no phone call!!!

I infrequently update the turbify webpages someone created over 10 years ago, they have passed through 3 different vendors it usually is very difficult to get help.
This year late at night I needed to complete an update but had lost all services (expired), the email provider is no longer available. The agent helped me get my new email established and my services are back. Less than 5 minutes on the phone, after struggling my myself for an hour or two.

Knowledgeable, patient, easy to understand and pleasant. My problem was resolved.

Absolutely do not trust a single positive review from here. Just go look at the Google Reviews. 1 star rating.

This company is a complete scam that has no accountability. All of their frontline workers are disempowered, and their upchain will not get back to you no matter what you do. They basically wait until you bleed out or give up. Still waiting on 6 calls back from management over a year of having all kinds of issues.

My guess is that they bought the Yahoo book of business and are just squeezing it for profit until it dies. Normally, I hate posting about stuff like this, but it's honestly sad we live in a world where people can care so little about a business that other business owners rely on.

My website was down and my PHP was out of compliance. And I am low tech and my tech person has just left us and I needed help immediately. The person that helped me was patient through and very efficient and helped me restore our website. I want to give the lady a BIG THANK YOU!!

The support person both totally misunderstood me or made assumptions that were off base at what I was asking. She could not give me a straight answer. Eventually she helped but it seems as if she had to asked what to do every time (putting me on hold for 3 to 5 minutes).

I’m a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Realty Acadiana and they have been utilizing my domain name for other agents benefit without my permission or knowledge-When I approach them on it via email and phone call in advance, they ignored my request for an explanation as to why other agents were gonna be utilizing any contacts obtained from the domain name, but not me. Assuming I renewed this domain name in the next couple of days how can I protect myself from people? I work with stealing my scientific property?

Turbify charged my credit a month ahead of renew even they sent an email saying that my credit card will be charged in 1 month, but they went ahead and charged it.

Sympathetic and very constructive support, where I was helped with changing my hosting plan to better fit my needs and budget.

I am so unhappy with this product and limitations.
