Appalling service
Do not purchase from these. There support never happens you submit a ticket it gets closed before they answer it and the reply never comes. They close down there servers and don't give any refunds. Appalling service if no stars was an option then I would have selected that

Everything went exactly as described and as planned. My ONLY issue is that when you upload a file it takes a long time to actually appear on the internet.

LiquidWebSpace are affiliated with Hostable. I've been able to match WHOIS Records and Liquidwebspace was registered very recently after hostable started experiencing 'malicious attacks' which I reported and got no thanks for. There was downtime and then boom all gone. They only transferred high value clients to LiquidWebSpace. There was no data centre fire, and this person has more than likely has ran off with all of our data.

I do love a good dig, your domain was registered 25 days ago, that was roughly about the same time hostable servers were shut down and the splash page to check if you had been transferred to liquidwebspace, and you were told if you hadn't backed up your data then there is nothing you can do. And then that message disappeared leaving us all out of pocket for all the yearly plans and addons we purchased. You really seem to like namecheap - charlesbradbeer.com (2022-03-15) , bradbeer.co (2021-03-17) , hostable.co, liquidwebspace.com.

You have already claimed a trustpilot page when you had no reviews, already had a prewarning that you are 'not associated' with hostable. So you can take down any honest reviews that called out what you are up to.
You also seem to have a habbit of folding hosting companies, you also seemed to run YVSSE HOSTING LIMITED where the reviews share the same story as hostable. What a palava.

The back-end of Liquidwebspace.com is ironically the same as hostable.co - although its a paid template I find it strange it still has identical features such as a link to the same minecraft hosting service.

Claimed the account was used for spam
Claimed the account was used for span, however no notification on any email. I only had 6 accounts all personal. This affected my personal email use and lost all old emails. The service was down at least 4 times in a month and a half. IMAP services did not sync old emails like it should. Came from a service of almost 5 years that went out of buisness no issues here a month and a half the worst. Buyer beware. Not recomended.

You mentioned that we did not contact you regarding suspending your website. As per our terms and conditions, we are not always able to reach you as soon as we do get the alert, the system suspends the website. However, I can see an email was sent to the registered email for the cPanel account, which was a outlook.com email address, this was sent at roughly 2022-10-05 18:29.
I do hope the above explains a bit more details regarding your website and emails being taken down, we apologise that you have had your website suspended, however, this is all listed within the terms and conditions you agreed to when signing up.
