Excellent service from the company. Rapid delivery of the first alarm, which we found had a problem after several days so they replaced it very quickly and with no fuss.

Mobile signal when at home is weak. Doesn't always show to be in the areas where the beacons are located. Device disconnected message frequently appears. On the positive side the SOS button has work... Voir plus

Extremely impressed!!
Extremely impressed with the response from Locàite staff who answered my questions pre-purchase swiftly and clear. Would highly recommend! I've been seeking this exact device for 6 months now for my Dad who has Alzheimer's and in a confusing marketplace with subtle variations in products and services this came out well on top for its simplicity, features, size and price.

Had issues with setting up but after a phone call all is working well .
The call button on the side is very difficult to push for my dad with large fingers with arthritis but the large SOS works well so he is just using that .
The tracker is good to see where dad has been and we can then have a chat about that .
Good all round and exactly what I wanted

Dementia tracker. A*********
Bought the tracker for my mother with dementia. She never goes anywhere without her house key, so fixed it to the tracker. We knew when she went wandering off & were she was. She can't see to use a phone so the SOS button is a god send. All in all an brilliant device & the back up service is second to none. Can't praise this highly enough. Linden

I cannot praise this company highly enough
I am a wearer of the latest pendant version and I am 100% satisfied with the product and the excellent back up service from Stuart. I had one or two minor issues relevant to my set up and Stuart resolve them very efficiently and promptly. I cannot praise this company and in particular Stuart highly enough. If you're reading this review and thinking about getting one of these trackers for a vulnerable family member I wholeheartedly recommend that you do so. Brilliant company, brilliant service, brilliant value.

Highly recommended
I bought this tracker for my Dad who has dementia, it’s straightforward to set up and the app is easy to use.
The call function is very clear, SOS text and call super fast, I also really like the zone alerts.
Customer service is excellent, any queries are dealt with quickly and efficiently.
If you want peace of mind, this is for you, I would highly recommend.
