Awful customer service!!!!
Awful customer service! My order was lost by Royal mail and this company refused to initiate a refund with royal mail. I did not recieve my order and I did not get a refund either. These people are scammers and thieves, rather buy your products from a reputable company like boots or superdrug, atleast they have customer service. Please avoid this place at all costs.

Great 1st time experience!
Placed my first order; the glucosamine was great value, my order was dispatched very quickly, and I got a couple of free samples too! Great service, free delivery if you spend over £20, highly recommend!

I don't normally write reviews but after being put off by some bad reviews on here but risking it I thought I'd share my experience.
I ordered 2 products at a substantially cheaper price than boots. They arrived safely along with some free samples and were even sent by Royal Mail 24 hour tracked.
Reading between the lines of other reviews I think they may have issues with stock control and staffing (like a lot of companies currently) but they are definitely not a scam company.
If you have any doubts they even offer paypal (who will refund if an item doesn't arrive)

I ordered 1000mg of Vitamin C and was sent 500mg?.
