Ian provided absolutely top class service. I called the day before, and he was able to fit me in at short notice the next day to change two door locks, which I really appreciated.

What really stood out was that he went above and beyond by fixing an issue with my door catching when closing, something I had not even asked for.

Brandon kept me informed of problems he was having from the courier delivering my new key. I found this most helpful and made me understand I had to be patient with him. He arrived and reprogrammed my second key which the car maker dealership told me was useless and tried to sell me a new key for nearly £600! My car is 7 years old I felt I did not need to spend that much. Brandon was very engaging and honest. The cost to me was £120. Which I found a much more reasonable cost than the dealership. I would recommend Brandon to anyone in my situation.

Steve was fantastic, literally was with us in no time at all and not only replaced the lock there and then he also took the time to check the back door too and adjusted that. Brilliant service

Colin saved the day for us. Returning home after a weekend away, on a Sunday afternoon we realised we didn’t have our front door key.

I called Colin and he was at our house half an hour later, he was upfront with the quote and told me how much he’d expect it to be over the phone. Colin then changed our lock and gave us more keys than we’ve ever had (so hopefully we won’t get locked out again).
