I got a locksmith last night
I got a locksmith last night, it was an emergency,he arrived within 15 minutes He was professional, friendly, and got the door open quickly without damage. The price was fair too. Highly recommend!

Very poor service
Very poor service, the engineer for my area is off long term. Have me the details of another engineer who was covering the region called Adam. Arrangeda price, Adam told me he would be attending either Sunday or Monday if this week. Called him and messaged him twice, no response. Called the company today to be told he's too busy and that I need to find another company. Verity poor service.

Prompt call-out. Kevin was very knowledgeable and managed to unlock patio sliding doors that had locked shut. He ordered the new lock and came next day to fix it. Very efficient and pleasant. Reasonable price too considering the amount of work needed. Would certainly call him again should I need a lock repair.

Colin Is Great! Definitely recommend
Colin went above and beyond to help my mum. his kindness and patience really stood out.
He explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. It’s rare to find someone so reliable. Here, on time, good efficient standard of work, good to know.
Having only rang yesterday managed to get Alan attendance today. On-time, talked me through what the issues might be, explained how potential improvements may be made in the future to the door mechanics & finished all of the adjustments required in really good time. It was good to have someone good at their job & willing to explain things. His name is now firmly in my trusted book.
