Colin made our stressful situation a whole lot easier. He did what he could at the best price possible and really made sure everything was done perfectly. The door was a bit stiff so he removed the stones for me and sanded the bits down a little that were catching to ensure it was a smooth open and close. He also cut us a few extra keys for free to make sure we had what we needed for everyone. Great guy and would recommend his service! Thanks Colin

My front UPVC door would not lock automatically, when closed, & could be opened from outside unless locked using a key. I called LockRite who came when they said they would. They say no call out charge & free estimate's. A very nice chap sprayed the lock with lubricant which did nothing so he took the lock apart and couldn’t put a plastic piece back so he gave it to me he said I think it’s the gear box but I haven’t got one on the van. I can get one but I will have to travel to Tysley 50 minutes there 50 minutes back it will cost just over £300. I said no. That cost me £90 labour and my door was the same as when the chap arrived. He said do you want a dual finish 6-pin euro cylinder anti-snap cylinder with knob on the inside so you don’t need a key to open/lock from the inside £56. I agreed. So it cost me £156 and my front door is the same as when he arrived. It seems they time there arrival and charge labour even if they can’t fix the problem. Not happy.

he was so respectful within our home and had the job done very quickly. not only was he brilliant at his job but he was lovely to my family, it cant be easy working in an environment with kids running around, but he was lovely with them and very conscious of their safety. thank you colin ill be recommending you to everyone

Richard the locksmith from LockRite contacted us earlier in the day to explain he would travelling across the area before he could reach us, so we knew when to expect him. He did a very thorough job when he arrived to exhaust all the possibilities of what had gone awry - i.e. not going straight for the drill! He did a very professional job and was very entertaining too.

William Andrew explained what was wrong with the door lock. He explained every step of the way when repairing the door. Also reset the level of the door too.
