My 94yr old mum managed to lock one of her internal doors and lose the key. I googled locksmiths in her area and came across Colin Virgo’s advert - professional, informative and friendly. I gave him a call and he answered almost straightaway with a welcome ‘Hi, how can I help you?’. So refreshing to have someone who cares.
He was in the middle of a job at the time and said he’d call me back in about an hour. True to his word he rang me and let me know when he could get to my mum’s.
Not only is he a good communicator but his work is of the highest standard. He unlocked the door without causing any damage or mess and with a very cheery and positive attitude. I totally recommend him to anyone looking for the best locksmith.

This is an excellent company. One of their employees Ian Falls goes out of his way to be helpful. Ian is a asset to this company. I had a problem with a lock that Ian fitted. I rang him and he was on my doorstep in 30 minutes to correct the problem. Fantastic service and thanks.

Chris was knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy over options to fit a secure key pad lock to passage way door, unfortunately due to the age of uPVC door and problems with old locking mechanism Chris came up with excellent alternative. Would definitely recommend this company. Gave 5 stars but would have given more if possible. Elderly relative now safe and secure.

Matthew is someone I would recommend wholeheartedly. He responded extremely quickly to my request for a visit and a quote for replacing four existing lock cylinders for a better quality, more secure option.
Service was fast and within a couple of days the locks have been fitted and the door fit and handle and operation also checked out and corrected . He's now on my list of reliable tradesmen I will use again as needed.

Terry (Napier) identified the problem with our Yale electronic lock which had been badly installed a week earlier by another locksmith. He installed a new lock at a fraction of the cost of the former locksmith and offered to challenge the previous locksmith company to see if he could get me a refund. Excellent service.
