I honestly love this underwear, it's so much better than anything else I've tried! I wish the different pairs were sealed separately somehow so you could try a pair on for size/comfort without committing to your whole order in case they're not quite right but that's a small issue. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

Stay away from Loeah
Following on my last review from early September 2026.
My order from the 16th of June have not be delivered; despite my efforts to ask Loeah to be held accountable they refusal to be helpful has been very disappointing.
They firstly asked too many time to be patient and wait for my parcel to come. After 2 months of wait, my patience ran out and I asked for a refund.
Loeah never took responsibility for the parcel and said it was "out of their hands" , they never offered to resend my order (value <£100).
I then had to apply for a chargeback with the bank. A chargeback gives a business 45 days to respond or act. If after 45 days they have not responded to the bank or found a solution with the customer, the bank refunds the purchase.
Even then Loeah chose to make me wait the full 45 days instead of refund straight away. That was a choice from them claiming they "couldn't do anything now the charge back had been applied".
This company doesn't not care about their customers and have terrible customer service.
I strongly recommend to buy from a different brand who will choose to do what it takes to keep you satisfied, especially with Period pants!! Not like I ordered chocolate.
My period had started again after a pregnancy with early signs of endometriosis, i just wanted comfy underwears. Now getting my refund 4 months later...

Placed my first order during the rebranding sales and tried the period underwears when they arrived but they didn't fit unfortunately. Read about the Fit Guarantee before purchasing so I messaged customer service team straightaway. Got a reply few days after where they offered me a replacement for the underwears that didn’t fit and advised I only need to cover the shipping cost. Overall, I'm very happy with their customer service and would recommend to give it a try if you are worried about not getting the right size the first time.

Great experience
Great experience. I have been using period pants for a few years and these are comfortable fabric is soft and feel like regular underwear. They are true to size in my opinion and I have had no problems wearing them.

I read a lot of reviews and articles comparing different brands and I’m really glad I went with this one. I work in a school so I really cannot risk leaks and so far these have been great. They’re comfortable to wear although I would definitely recommend wearing them around the house first, just to get used to them and give you the confidence that they are working.

The boxer briefs are my faves and are so much more comfortable and breathable than other makes, while not leaking atall. As an endometriosis sufferer this is hard to find

Is this your new name from Luna to. Loeah,? Helped me with bladder leaks, mainly my dignity, while walking I'm 63 years old walk 5 mile & day plus 2 Circut classes, getting there with some exercises for my pelvic Floor,A bit stronger now but need to keep up routine, can't wear ordinary underwear anymore. But it's been great to bin my pads, black lacy ones keep my dignity. With the extra wee insert pad helps me a lot. 💜😊 Hope to continue to get more confident as days go by.

Fantastic!
I purchased these for my 13, now 14 year old daughter. She was nervous, I was excited!
I could see the potential, she worried about something new. So, I purchased two pairs and quietly left them in her laundry pile.
She decided to try them with her normal small pads to decide how she felt about the pants themselves, now she's ready to trust them so I purchased two more pairs.

I love how the pants feel and that they keep me feeling dry throughout the day. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is the fit around the front of my legs. They feel tight across the top of my thigh at the front. If you could fix that then it would be 5 stars.

This review is based upon prompt customer service- I cannot comment on product functionality yet as have not used. I ordered the boxer period pants (I have previously used M&S period pants which work well but don’t have boxer short option which I like for its anti-chaffing effect). I ordered XL size guide recommended as uk 12-14 size however the boxers are too large around the waist. I immediately contacted lunas (loeah rebranding) and received email response in under 24 hours. Under their fit guarantee they will send me out replacement underwear in different size (I just have to pay £5.95 postage- or free if I do this review for discount code). I have been impressed with their prompt email customers service. The products appear well made but I cannot comment on how they actually work during a period.

Excellent customer service
I ordered my Luna briefs during a promotional offer - it was very successful, and as a result the delivery was delayed. I tried on one pair over my underwear and the size seemed right, but when I came to actually use them (a month later than expected), I realised the fit wasn't secure. I explained this to customer services (because my return request fell outside of the stated time period) and they have honoured their fit guarantee to send replacements free of charge. Excellent customer service.
