Loeah Avis 

This is my first ever order from Loeah. I have bought absorbent underwear from other companies in the past but was impressed by Loeah’s prettier styling, as well as the volume absorbency advertised so was keen to give them a try.

I ordered multiple styles - was delighted to find so many hipster styles to choose from. I’m a big fan of seamless for day to day as well as pretty lace for other occasions and again Loeah scored well on this for me. Extra bonus… there was a big sale on too!! Hat trick of successes!

My only issue was a size 10-12 being classed as a “large”. That did give me a wee jolt until I got over myself!!!

Delivery was quick & the tracking kept me updated throughout.

2 of the styles are absolutely perfect in terms of fit & comfort. Unfortunately the other 2 aren’t right for my shape (Seamless Hipster are neat for size, and cause significant VPL at the buttock & above my hip. Lace Bikini Brief have the opposite issue & are a more generous fit resulting in bagging of the fabric at the back & a lumpy silhouette for me.)

I contacted the Customer Team & they were so helpful. Replies arrive the next day generally. They kindly offered that I could switch sizes or swap to a different style, and only needed to cover postage costs (as per their “Fit Guarantee”).

Really impressed with the fit & comfort of the 2 styles that work for me. And also really impressed with their customer service. Delighted & looking forward to my new pad-free life!!!

Wish I had not bothered! A number of reasons why... they are not true to size; they are incredibly uncomfortable; offer no support; like wearing a nappy!; and their policy states you cannot return once the seal on the package has been opened but you cant access the product without breaking the seal! Now im stuck with 2 pairs of pants that don't fit. They have offered to replace with a different size ect but have to pay £6.99 for postage which is very expensive considering it's a pair of pants!! I'm not happy at all with either the product or the customer service from this company.

Awful, avoid. Uncomfortable, damp, and smelly. They need to be washed on a cool temperature, you can’t soak them and the dye will run so be careful). They were an expensive mistake. I complained and was just given the opportunity to spend another £6.95 on postage which felt very different to the refund policy which they have on their website. As per some of the other reviews they come in sealed bags so if you open it to look at them that will be your opportunity of a refund gone.
I do think some of the reviews are from questionable sources

Fabulous product which is soft and comfortable and has given me confidence day and night. Truly liberating.
First order offers replacement if sizing isn’t right. True to their word they replaced my first order. No quibble and have since ordered some more.
Even though I offered at my own expense to send back wrong size unworn ones, but was told I could keep them and pass on to someone they may fit. Communication was excellent.
Yes they take a time to dry but I wash on a 30 x 15 minute cycle with a 1200 spin
Part of my life now and can ditch panty pads which even the sensitive ones caused me problems.

I havent been able to try the product yet as I need a replacement size - different products seem to size differently - customer service has been great and the size guarentee is hopefully coming to my rescue.

Do not buy from this company they purposefully put their ‘hygiene’ seal so you cannot view or inspect the goods unless it’s broken and they tell you cannot return from refund. It’s a scam and I will be trying every avenue to prevent them from trading going forward.

Very happy with my products and the customer service. I ordered 6 pairs and 2 didn't quite fit right, but with the fit guarantee and Loeah's responsive customer service it was sorted with no hassles. Will happily order again.

Great experience ordering period underwear with Loeah! I've been interested in trying period underwear for a while now after many friends have recommended it over pads/tampons and I came across Loeah with very good reviews and they had a buy 3 get 4 free offer during their rebranding. Delivery took a little longer than what I thought it'd take, but nothing too out of the ordinary and once I received them and tried them on - I understood what all the rave is about. These pants really do feel so buttery soft and comfortable and not bulky at all! So excited to use them during my next cycle! There was 1 piece out of 7 that fit extremely tightly and I got in touch with customer service for the exchange option. They were incredibly helpful and responsive and provided me with an option that works. All in all 5 stars - can't fault Loeah, and will update after trying the underwear :)

The material is very soft. My first order I got the sizing wrong, I contacted customer service and they were incredibly helpful in arranging a replacement to be sent out using their 'fit guarantee'. I am currently waiting for these to arrive and can't wait to try them out and compare them to previous brands I have used.

My daughter is a convert! We've tried several brands but yours is the one she comes back to every time. Fantastic product that takes all the stress and worry out of the school day - even on PE days! 10/10!

These are great but there a little improvement that is still needed in two areas.
The bladder leak proof underwear is said not to rustle but they definitely do, this makes me feel somewhat self conscious when wearing them. Secondly because of the bulky layers they take forever to dry.
Apart from that they better than the underwear I was wearing before.

The pants are very comfy and hold all the blood, no leaks, very satisfied. I also had an issue with the wrong size being delivered and the customer service was amazing and sent me the correct size very quickly.

Very happy with my purchase, work completely as described, keeping me dry and comfortable. No issues at all.

All good - quality and comfortable underwear. No quibble replacements if the fit is not right 😁

Really good customer service and exchange processes.

I received my first order and the underwear was too large. I contacted customer services and they promptly got back to me to offer me a free replacement in a smaller size. I can't fault the customer service and look forward to trying out the smaller size.

I ordered a size large in my first order but they were too big, thanks to the fit guarantee I'm getting them exchanged for mediums. The quality feels great and im looking forward to trying them out!
