Excellent product delivered in time for Christmas
I have ordered a 3-piece taster from London Caviar Company for the first time for Christmas 2022. I can confirm that the taste of each caviar was superb, and the delivery was on time. I plan to order from them regularly. One advise is to strengthen the communications with the customers, as I have emailed a question about the NY delivery timeframe with no response, and there has been no tracking provided. I am still giving 5 stars as this did not affect the product or delivery, which for me was more important, however might be a spot for improvement.

I placed an order of Caviar that I…
I placed an order of Caviar that I wanted to give asa a gift, and 6 days later it hasn't arrived despite the company stating a 2 day processing time. Not only that but there is no tracking number available and I have sent two emails to the company, but received no response. Sadly, I don't think this is acceptable for company selling luxury products. In any case, I have found the same product cheaper at a store in Notting Hill.

Hi, thank you for your review, we are very sorry for the service received. We have improved our tracking system now, but sadly had issues with Royal Mail strikes that week, which delayed your delivery.
