We were recommended to Long Eaton Appliance Centre (LEAC) by our plumber and to ask for Micheal. Micheal was VERY helpful on our first visit to quote us for an AEG washer and drier. We returned after about 2 months (when we were ready to place an order) and he got us an even better deal for the same 2 appliances. He was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. He is a credit to LEAC. Both appliances were delivered about 8 days later by their 2 delivery men and they removed our old washer. We are really happy with both appliances and the 5 year warranty’s that came with them.

We recently bought an oven and a dishwasher from Long Eaton Appliances. They guided us thought the various products in their showroom, and found us two that were the most suitable for us. In both cases, the installation was not completely straightforward, but the fitters were exceptional, and willingly did the additional work required. Excellent service all round.

Easy to order and pay over the phone, the gentleman was friendly and helpful and followed up with details required. On delivery day,taking out the old appliance and fitting the new washing machine went well, the fitter worked well considering the heat on the day, explained everything and also did a general tidy up afterwards. Well pleased

Very pleased with my choice of fridge and the price I paid.
Had to wait until it came into stock again. Started ordering on line but needed to phone on a certain issue. Couldn't have been more relieved and happier when an Irish voice offered to complete the order for me. Had to wait some days for a delivery date and was suprised when a delivery man came on his own! Old machine out and new one in and a few steps to negotiate. He was obviously under strain and had to push on for another delivery. This was after 5.30. Just wondered at the health and safety issue here. However delighted with my new fridge. Thank you.

The delivery drivers Reg & Sean were great. They arrived promptly fitted the new washing machine and took away the old one. They then explained how to use the machine talking me through the programmes.
I tried to send a review via the QR code they left but trust piolet said the code was out of date.

There was a week delay in delivery as the original fridge freezer being delivered by a different company went missing(!) but they knew that didn't matter to me and sent the next one in their own delivery truck.

Firstly, the vented induction hob I purchased was competitively priced compared to other (well known) outlets, but more importantly they took the time to expertly talk and explain about the product to me. Basically they knew their stuff , which I can not say of the other outlets.

The installation team were excellent, both friendly, knowledgeable and excellent work. They did what they said, when they said they’d do it, all with a friendly approach.

I totally recommend this company.

Richard removed the old oven and took this away with him, he also was not happy with the electrics and totally replaced all wiring.
New oven fitted, tested and demonstrated with tips on cleaning.
Took all packaging away and cleaned up after. A fantastic service and I would strongly recommend him.

Absolutely first rate - from first look at the showroom to delivery and installation

We spent a great deal of time researching and looking at the appliances that we eventually purchased from Long Eaton Appliances.

There are many reasons that we eventually chose LEA.

Price (of course) and these were extremely competitive; in fact they were the best, or matched to the best, that we could find on the range cooker, hood, fridge/freezer and dishwasher we bought

The goods were all there to view (save the dishwasher but that was a Which? Best Buy so no worries there) at the showroom which was important v internet only suppliers.

Best of all though was the customer service we received. Each and every person we spoke to was welcoming and knowledgeable about the products we were interested in. We made three visits 😀

Importantly for us the sales and service was relaxed and not in the least bit pushy. The deft way in which the sales consultants share prices with customers in a busy showroom was first rate. We really appreciated that.

Arranging delivery to suit our kitchen installation and our need for very precise delivery times in order to work with the installers, flooring, decorators etc was responsive to our needs and I felt like nothing was any trouble for them. Again, this was greatly appreciated.

EXTRA bit - added after publication of the initial review. The delivery team were also excellent. They took great care bringing very heavy appliances into our old house.

Fridge freezer was delivered by Reg and Sean who were great. Very efficient and friendly. They installed and took my old one away and I was able to turn it on straight away, due to how it had been transported

Fitter couldn’t remove old dishwasher due to the height of the flooring. He returned when the flooring had been removed. New dishwasher installed and working. Very efficient and pleasant fitter who showed us how to use the dishwasher.

We had a dishwasher replaced by Richard and he went above and beyond to make sure it was fitted perfectly, he trimmed the kitchen plinth and ensured the cabinet screws were deep enough so that the door would close properly - which was a problem with the previous dishwasher (which was not fitted by Long Eaton Appliances might I add!). Thanks so much Richard!
