Lumuwala is a small, women-owned bedding brand built around one stubborn belief: the things you sleep on every night should feel as good as anything else you own. We started Lumuwala because we couldn't find pillows and comforters that were genuinely soft, properly cooling, and didn't cost what a weekend away does — so we made them ourselves. Today we're best known for our Cloud Pillow — a soft, breathable, cooling pillow designed for people who run hot at night. We also make sheets, comforters, and a small lineup of bedding essentials, all chosen because we'd actually want them on our own beds. Behind Lumuwala there are just a handful of us. We pack orders by hand, write our customer support replies ourselves, and answer to every email personally. We grew faster than we planned for over the past few months, and our communication during that stretch wasn't where we wanted it to be. We've apologized to the customers it affected directly, and we've rebuilt the entire side of the business that handles email and shipping updates so it doesn't happen again. Saw their great website. Looked legit with the 60 day guarantee. Don't be fooled. Do NOT buy from them. They took my payment and received no product, no tracking number. A generic email was sent when I reached out to them. They provided a WhatsApp chat with ZERO response. Now I'm dealing with my CC company tried to get my money back.

So far I have not received a response from the email address they have supplied, despite emailing several times. The pillow is quite hard and small and not really comfortable. I would like to return it as they say you can within 60 days but so far I have not heard from them. It does not look very promising! Possibly this is an unreliable company. I wish I had checked on trustpilot before purchasing.

Update #3 July 21 - still no response so no refund will be coming I guess.
Update #2 July 12 - I received a response stating that because the return date has passed, I will not be receiving one. I replied with screenshots of all my emails to them and have not received a reply.
Update- I have never received a response to emails or my text (i searched everywhere and check my spam daily) as stated in their reply. I have reached out to them again with a screenshot of their reply and will update if anything does happen.
If I could give zero stars I would.
First, the shipping tracking had no idea where my pillow was and the support system just said "we will get back to you". After I received the pillow, I determined it wouldn't work for me due to my neck and back issues and immediately reached out.
The support email gets NO response. I have been requesting a return sinve May 14 via email and text and no replies at all. DO NOT BUY UNLESS YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP THE PILLOW NO MATTER WHAT.
