Scott and Cameron were very helpful on the phone, but when I arranged to pick the car up, it took over three hours for you to send over the paperwork and I was stranded in Winsford with no car but lucky enough Leanne the sales person at Carzone did an excellent job of getting all my paper work from you when I had spoken to you previously about picking the car up on the Saturday morning which was stressing me out and when I spoke to you on the phone you’re more or less said it wasn’t your problem so I was not a very happy customer

Great company made my application hassle free and uncomplicated.
They were very helpful in explaining everything that goes with the application.

From start to finish the service was excellent. The first contact with Craig was spot on, he was very helpful and patient in finding the correct car and sorting out all the paperwork.

From my first enquiry to collecting the vehicle, the team was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. They were always available to answer questions, provided clear information, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward.

No reply from customer service team!
Sent an email regarding our motor finance agreement and asked for some details to be clarified, but never received a response.
This was sent two months ago!!
UPDATE: 24/06/26 - The email provided in the response doesn't work.

My car expert was lovely and patient when choosing a car however I’m not a big fan of the admin side of the company who didn’t pay the dealership the correct amount and then it took them a day and half to sort after calling them a dozen times

The sales team can't go enough for you but the after purchase customer services are absolutely shocking!! No direct contact number just endless emailing..... infuriating isn't the word.!
