Great for beating the congestion on the Birmingham m6 road. Very clean and the views are great. I think speed cameras are needed on the gantrys as some cars go at crazy speeds especially near the toll booth end North bound

Sorry to hear you were unhappy with your experience.
I've reviewed your journeys and can confirm your van has been classified correctly. Our vehicle classification system differs from the DVLA's categories, and based on our criteria, the charges applied were correct.

I've been trying to top up a breeze account to get going for weeks. Contacted customer service and they told me to add a payment method matching exactly the details of the account holder. Fine. I proceeded to do so and the website is still showing error. For this amount of revenue, invest in a website that actually works. I am at my wit's end.
