We found that all the people we spoke to either bu email or telephone were extremely professional and could answer all our questions to guide us in reapplying for the M6 Toll.
We would recommend anybody to call or email them if they are unsure about anything. Customer service is excellent, they are a credit to the company.

Poor customer service never received my receipt online , I later got a email saying it would be available in 48hrs after 21 Days still no receipt

My colleague replied to your email to explain that your receipt was not yet available, as less than 48 hours had passed since your journey. They also advised that if the receipt was still unavailable after 48 hours, you should get back in touch with us.
If you have not yet been able to download your receipt, please feel free to contact our team on 0330 660 0790, and we'll be happy to help.
You avoid congestion on the M6, so your journey is more comfortable and quicker
so relaxing , no congestion to worry about, prices could be cheaper

Didn’t resolve my issue. Couldn’t find receipt for payment made.
Update. Please stop telling me that you have provided the receipt as it’s not accurate. That was for M6 north on 3/9/2026. The receipt I wanted was M6 south on 2/9/2026. I’m sure I didn’t imagine making my outward journey, paying the toll then seeing the transaction on my credit card, it you have no record of it. Computer says No.

A little hiccup, easily sorted
Having a New Car can be a little bit daunting, purely down to DVLA not uploading the VIN for your new Car. Today, I got through to a lovely Gentleman who explained everything to me, and we managed to get my New Car registered so I can use the M6TOLL within a couple of hours. As always, when i need to speak to an Operator, they are so polite and extremely helpful. I think my Advisor today was called Simon. He went over and above in order to get the New Car on the System. A thourgherly nice Guy. No hassle whatsoever. Excellent service as always.
M6 Toll saves me so much time, so it is especially nice when speaking with Simon, ge did a work around for me. Thankyou to all the Staff within the M6 TOLL.

Customer service
When my plates were cloned and I had a fine sent to me which obviously wasn’t mine I spoke to Steve who was amazing, sorted everything out for me unlike the collection company Marston holdings which were unhelpful and harassing. Treated me like I was guilty thank goodness for people like Steve in this world.

No help from M6 Toll staff
I bought a new car on 1 June 2026 and it would appear I did not delete my old car from my account (I thought I had) and recently the new owner of my old car has dishonestly made 2 trips on the M6Toll which have been charged to me.
I know it’s my fault but a little help would have been appreciated. You could have written to the owner - you have the registration number.

While the account holder is responsible for ensuring that vehicles are added and removed from their account when ownership changes, we appreciate that this situation has been frustrating. Unfortunately, once a vehicle is registered to an active account, any journeys made are automatically charged in line with the account settings. Far too expensive for a small stretch…
Far too expensive for a small stretch of motorway! The road itself is lovely - the price of £20 one way for an SUV Toyota Alphard is a total rip- off!
