Order and delivery of the dress were quite efficient and quick. I received the dress within a week. It was even better than what I had expected. The picture online doesn’t do it any justice. A beautiful dress!

Dress for a destination wedding
The service was stress free and the consultant was professional.
As the dress was purchased for a wedding overseas and it was a plus size that was needed, so there were alot of logisitcs. I could not have done this with out Simon.
He called designer to locate the item in the proper size and colour. Then had it shipped directly from the designer to their bridal boutique. And then was able to have it shipped to a another address so someone could fly with it.
The tracking number was provided to me following the payment confirmation email. And the dress arrived promptly during the time frame that was given by the bridal consultant.
The dress is now on its way to the Caribbean where they will do the final fitting before the wedding.
I can't say enough good things about this experience. If you shop there, ask for Simon!

Simon worked his magic and was able to find the size I needed in a dress my daughter picked for me to wear in her wedding. As soon as I paid for the dress, it was shipped and received within days. Excellent customer service, I highly recommend!

Beautiful dress, order early!
Dress came in fairly quickly even though it was later than initially stated. I received a notification about the delay and was asked if I wanted to cancel the order. My daughter's prom was still a few weeks away so ee stillhad time to get it alteredas it was too long. In the end, the dress was beautiful.

There's nothing on their site stating that you will have to wait a month and a half for your dress to arrive. They act as though everything is in stock. I received an email saying the dress would arrive the next week after my transaction was complete. Instead, I was left to call several times to confirm where exactly the dress was. Warning--no one returns your calls either!

Very Disappointing Experience!!!
I placed my order on 26 April 2026 and received confirmation the same day, with a stated delivery time of up to 25 business days.
Over the following weeks, I sent multiple emails, website messages, and text messages requesting an update, but received no response whatsoever. Only after more than 30 business days had passed did the company finally contact me to advise that the order had been delayed and would not arrive before July.
The dress was ordered for my daughter's prom, which means it will arrive at least two weeks after the event. Had we been informed of the delay earlier, we could have purchased an alternative dress elsewhere. Instead, we were left waiting without any communication and have now lost precious time to find another suitable option.
The delay itself is disappointing, but the complete lack of communication and transparency is unacceptable. What should have been an exciting occasion for my daughter has turned into a stressful and frustrating experience.
I am now requesting a full and immediate refund of the amount paid. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
